7th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Big thanks to the very efficient team at Savills Wilmslow. Found our beautiful home with them back in September and considering we were in a chained position, we were able to complete and move in by the end of January, right before going away on holiday. This was a major relief for us as it meant we were able to go away completely stress free from a pending move and were able to toast several times, throughly enjoying the holiday! Don't think it could have happened that way if it wasn't for the promptness and efficiency of the team, especially from Tamar. Will happily recommend and consider using them again in the future.
4th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)We have recently sold our property through Clive Anthony and was extremely impressed from our first contact with Clive to all later contact with staff within the office and those completing viewings. We accepted an offer within two weeks and although the process took longer than expected this was not due to fault by Clive Anthony rather complications within the chain. Annette and the team could not have been more helpful throughout this process and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Annette for all your help.
15th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)We have used Hydes to sell my late parents home, what was an emotional sale was made effortless by Antony. From the first contact, to handing the keys over, Antony has been helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble, he’s liased with all parties and been excellent at keeping in contact with updates regularly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hydes and particularly Antony again. Thank you.

From my first appointment right up to handover of the keys, they explained everything well and helped guide me as to exactly what I needed to do; as a first time landlord, this was extremely helpful. They’re both a credit to the team and I can tell that they’re passionate about their job. Even though I am managing the property myself, I know they will support me in the appropriate capacity. To have this pleasant experience is honestly like a blessing, especially after dealing with another horrible letting agency. in the past. 30th Jan 2024 (12 weeks ago)Initial valuation was good with an expert in local knowledge, however some of the viewing agents were unprofessional and when I complained Normie still sent the same agent for viewings. The first sale fell through and feedback from Normie was that they never had good communication with the buyers who rarely responded and only by email, then after 4 months they pulled out, we were not notified of this issue. I would still recommend them for lesser value properties, they have a big presence in the area and a high turnover of properties some of the employees are very good however we had invested in the person who valued it and they were not present for the viewings.
18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
28th Mar 2024 (27 days ago)when you call to arrange a viewing, this estate agency has a tendency to say they are busy dealing with the vendor and they will call you back to arrange a viewing for you, and then you heard nothing, when you call back the other day, they said they have put you on the waiting list, and therefore you miss out the opportunity to view a property. this had happened to me twice, even their advertisement or video is just out and you call to arrange a viewing. when you explained to them about the situation, they will just say it's fully booked and ask you to xxxx off. next time when you hear they will call you back, do not trust that. arrange the viewing immediately or you will miss out the opportunity again.

Couldn’t thank her enough for keeping me updated, chasing when needed as my property took a little longer than usual. She wanted me to have this property as much as I wanted it, she’s so genuine and took even time on her days off if she has heard any news. Especially to get excited updating me to pick up my keys!
