9th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Dealt with Mark Waldron on the sale of our house in Riverhead. I would highly recommend both Mark and Knight Frank. Right from the initial valuation appointment, mark gave really solid advice on how to maximise the marketing of the house to achieve the best price in a reasonable timescale. This was in summer 2023 and a difficult market to sell in. Knight Frank got lots of interest in the house and had multiple offers. This was because we followed Marks pricing advice and they put together some really lovely photos, brochures and adverts. We did have issues with our first buyer, who messed us around. Mark spotted this quickly and he was replaced with another buyer within a week. Mark has supported us through the post sale process, always happy to help speak with buyers, solicitors and other agents. If you are serious about selling in Sevenoaks then I highly recommend you talk to Mark and his team at Knight Frank. Thank you

Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc

Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.

He was knowledgeable about the area, and had a list of benefits re our house that would be relevant to prospective purchasers. We had no hesitation in choosing them over the other agents that we saw. A few months on we've sold the house and have the perfect buyer - fabulous! A very happy customer.... :-)

Informative, proactive and no need to chase them for information as they were already on the case. Nice guys to deal with and we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell, as we will be using them in the future.

18th May 2022 (1 year ago)Moving in 2021 definitely was a challenge, but dealing with Paige definitely made it easier! We had a very difficult purchase, but she really did go above and beyond and jump through the sellers hoops as best she could. 4 stars were given because- the manager at the time of the branch was beyond rude every time we spoke with him, and on the day of collecting our keys he made some very awful comments. Also we were instructed to use lifetime legal through SM, which will cost you £700 more and LL served no purpose at all. We still needed a different conveyancer and solicitor so they were just an email go between with no authority. Look out for this as a year later LL will try and charge for a ‘membership ’ you never signed up for or needed.
