He was brilliant, keeping me up to date throughout and arranging extra viewings as, and when, required. Always replied to my many enquiries very promptly. Helped to complete on a tight 8 week timeline, pre Christmas, due to seller requirements. Very happy to be in my first home for Christmas, can’t thank and recommend Mark and the team at Compass Elevation enough!

Daniel and the team sold our house quickly (after not having a great experience with another local firm), and were always available to help with any questions. 19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

All of who were fantastic, Jon in particular updated me pretty much every day whilst we tried to navigate a tricky purchase. Unfortunately due to the seller wasting time we wasn’t able to purchase it however Jon and his team did everything right and everything they could their side. Just came down to a waste of time seller. Would highly recommend satchells to anyone though!

From start to finish, the whole experience of buying our house was smooth, stress free, and actually enjoyable, which is not something you hear often when it comes to house buying! The entire team were incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful at every stage. No question ever felt silly, and they were always happy to explain things clearly and patiently. Communication was excellent throughout. We were kept in the loop the whole time and never felt left wondering what was happening next. Emails and calls were answered quickly, and everything was explained in a straightforward way that made the process feel far less overwhelming. They really go out of their way to make sure you feel supported and informed. What really stood out was how stress free they made everything feel. Buying a house can be daunting, but Fry Estate Agents handled everything so efficiently that it took a huge weight off our shoulders. I have spoken to many of the team and when I call they know who I am which makes it very personal. When discussing the house price I was listened to and advised. The house was sold in 1 day. I am very impressed with the service I am receiving and would highly recommend to anyone.
