22nd Jul 2024 (7 weeks ago)I have been with jewel homes for over ten years they looked after letting my property whilst I was living in Malaysia and keep a close eye on things for me and always kept me up to date with everything going on. my house was continious let the full time I was away, due to the excellant service i had received when it came to selling my house I did not hesitate to use then for and as expected everything went smoothly and they also recommended me to a lawyer which was a bonus as I am still living in Malaysia.

From the advert going online to the completion of the sale, the entire process took just six weeks (with an offer being secured in just a matter of a few days!). I was amazed at how smoothly everything went. Highly impressive service!

All members of staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, making the process very easy with their industry expertise, and regular communication. I hardly ever had to call them during the process, such was the regularity of their updates / feedback and they are a business who absolutely know their industry and territories inside out. I even got updates when required outside of normal hours when required from the owner, and this flexibility and bespoke approach was so helpful in such a busy and modern fast-paced world. I would not hesitate to point anyone in the direction of Home Connexions for buying or selling property, a business that East Kilbride and the wider area should be proud of.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!

From our first visit from Hugh he took the time to explain the process to us there was no rush and made sure we understood everything. Everything was done really quick and I was kept informed the whole journey. My house was up for sale less than a week and they managed to secure a great offer for me. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

He would go above and beyond for myself and the other people involved in our chain which was really helpful when you needed to ask a question! If you are thinking of selling or even looking to buy a new home, then look no further than Gary and the team!

Craig & Lisa genuinely care about their clients, they are very approachable, highly experienced, honest and offer all round guidance & support during the process, we were kept updated on every detail throughout and they go above and beyond! We have been delighted especially having the stress of selling our home taken away from us by Move On, they provide a professional but also a personal service unlike some of our previous experiences over the years with other agents who when called didn’t know us as clients when our agent was not available and your property is just another one on their list. Thank you so much for the incredible start to finish service ~ We highly recommend Move On, Motherwell.

Our property sold at a closing date one week after going on the market. We were delighted with the price we got for it. I’d happily use Lesley again if we were to move again.

Answered any questions we had and went above and beyond to make sure we got the property we wanted. Highly recommend if you’re looking to sell up or buy a new home.
5th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
