Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.

I’ve used them multiple times to purchase properties at auction, and every single time they’ve been friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. Their communication is clear and consistent, making the entire process simple and stress?free. What truly sets them apart is their honesty and genuine willingness to help — something rare in the property world. They handle everything with great care and attention to detail, and I always feel fully supported throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Shonki Bros to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. Truly a 5?star service!
19th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

From the very first viewing right through to checking in that we’d moved in safely, he’s been absolutely brilliant. He was professional, relatable, approachable and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he kept us informed every step of the way which made everything so much less stressful. We appreciate it greatly and would recommend William H Brown highly!
20th Feb 2026 (25 days ago)The girls at Whitegates Newark are amazing! I had just moved up for work and was scrambling to find a place. I sent enquiries to a few estate agents, and Julie got back to me straight away over the phone. She wasted no time arranging viewings for great properties that were exactly within my budget. While other agents were sending irrelevant questions over email with no real sense of urgency, Julie was proactive and genuinely helpful. She found me my apartment on the very first day! After that, Alex took over and was incredibly patient and supportive throughout the whole application process, both over the phone and via email. The communication was clear and reassuring from start to finish. I honestly couldn’t recommend them more — thank you both for making what could have been a stressful move feel so welcoming :)

12th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)This agent is also known as Vantage homes after one year of asking for my property back I got the keys back on 25th July 2021 the house was totally trashed and they would not honour their contract of leaving it in good order also even though the garage was not part of the letting it was full of rubbish left by the tenant which I had to remove at my own cost They still have not paid me at least £1700 and don’t answer my calls I am now in the process of contacting the relevant council they deal with PLEASE DO NOT USE their services otherwise you will regret it like me

7th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Every person that works in the office is extremely helpful and professional they are very reassuring and have extensive knowledge regarding the local market, we are so happy we chose Oliver Reilly and I love that he is also involved in the process it makes you feel like a valued customer when the main person at the company is also hands on in the process They are a warm welcoming office and it doesn’t matter how large or small your sale/buy is, they give 100% and it really is appreciated! Cannot fault them at all!
