Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. I must single out Zoe, who was on the ball and an excellent connunicator, as were all I had contact with. Great service. Regards Victor and Lynn.

It was a particularly complicated move which had lots of challenges and she was so lovely from start to finish!<br><br>Izzy was always approachable, friendly and proactive. We could always rely on her to follow up on matters and find answers for us quickly!<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

13th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

Took my business elsewhere and Riva lily responded same day!! Definitely not the experience I was expecting from Hampsons

He made the effort to arrange all of my viewings back-to-back on the same day, which has made a huge difference.<br><br>Carson responds promptly, clearly explains the process, and takes action incredibly quickly. His efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to help have been invaluable throughout the process. He has been an absolute godsend, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
