31st Jul 2026 (4 days ago)If you want an efficient, helpful, or even competent organisation to sell your house, use these at your peril! They needed constant chasing up, and completely failed to pass on important communications from the vendors. And in trying to deal with a small associated issue post sale, they have completely washed their hands of any dialogue, even to the extent of being rude and decidedly unhelpful. They have done practically nothing for their fees. My advice would be to go elsewhere.

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.- 14th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

From the very beginning, the whole team was friendly, approachable, and always willing to help - especially Laura.<br><br>One thing that really stood out was how they went above and beyond when paperwork kept being sent electronically by the solicitors, despite repeated requests for hard copies. They were more than happy to help print documents, explain the paperwork, and make sure everything was completed correctly, which took a huge amount of stress away from our mum.<br><br>They were also always happy to speak to us on our mum's behalf when needed, keeping us informed and helping everything progress as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their patience, kindness, and professionalism made a real difference during what can be a very stressful time. We would highly recommend Rosedale Estate Agents to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about their clients.

Toby was great, he knew what I was looking for & rang to let me know as soon as a property became available, giving me first viewing. I am now living happily in my new home due to him..thank you Toby. Toby is a very friendly, approachable & professional person. When I collected the keys, I was given a welcome pack, which is a lovely idea & much appreciated. The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !
24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

13th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)Initially Newton Fallowell appeared keen on the premises. Property on the market for five months, no viewing, no information from the agents. Incentive offered to the sales person who sells the property offered. Contact with agents who wanted to drop the price by £30k in January. None of the houses of similar value who have lowered their prices have yet to be sold. They only want to advertise on right move etc.

The photographs of my property were excellent and really showcased it at its best.<br><br>Communication was outstanding throughout - I was kept informed every step of the way, and any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally.<br><br>A special shout-out to Charlotte, whose professionalism, efficiency and friendly approach made all the difference. She went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and I always felt confident that I was in great hands.<br><br>I would highly recommend this estate agent to anyone looking for a seamless, professional, and positive experience. 6th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Contacted about a viewing on a commercial property in Skegness, firstly they are near impossible to get through onto a phone constant awnser phone, so then email them, said I’d want to view on a Friday as that’s the only days I’m available, they replied saying they can do a Thursday…. I replied again saying I can only do Fridays and a week has past now with no response, I’ll be avoiding brown-co from now on. Waste of time very poor service.
30th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was interested in a property in Coates but live over two hours away. I spoke to Carson who was very helpful. He was also very pro active as later that day he called me back to discuss some measurements that I had requested and made the suggestion that whilst he was at the property he could WhatsApp me and give me a live video tour. Excellent idea and much appreciated as it gave me the confidence to make a four hour round trip and view the property.<br>Carson met me at the property and gave me adequate time to fully explore it, he is my opinion an extremely professional, helpful and approachable person.

During what I can only describe as the most difficult of house selling journeys. From start to finish they have been friendly, approachable, personable, contactable, reactive… the list could go on! I couldn’t have picked a better agent and words don’t do the level of service that they have provided justice…! Thank you in particular to Dan, Vicky, Sandra, Lauren and Zoe, you’ve all been amazing and if anyone asks me for an estate agent recommendation, it will be Maynard’s every time! The process of finding somewhere to rent with Connells was exactly what you would hope for when you find yourself in such an urgent and stressful position.<br><br>James was helpful, friendly and swift when it came to arranging a viewing, seeing it, and making a decision on the property. Then the administrative side after was exactly the same experience from both James and Lottie, having it all sorted within 24 hours.<br><br>We'll absolutely be recommending and going to Connells again in future.
