19th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

I’m very happy with them and in particular with a lady called Hannah who is my Property Coordinator. She is always very polite, friendly and helpful and a go between for myself and the tenants. She deals with all enquiries promptly and keeps me updated on a regular basis when needed. Couldn’t be happier with her.

18th Jul 2024 (1 year ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

2nd May 2026 (3 days ago)urgently needed a room in a week and this agency upcharged me an extra £100 due to being a "short term rental" spoke to other estate agents and they all said it was just made up had to constantly call the new estate agents to get it reduced to the normal advertised rate. they also changed the document for tenancy rent price after i had paid the holding fee constant drip-feeding me information and very slow told me i could pay monthly then a day before move in said no you have to pay two months upfront + deposit awful experience steer clear

From the moment we met him, we knew he was the estate agent for us as he’s building a great reputation in Grantham—and it’s easy to see why. He’s incredibly attentive, proactive, and genuinely cares about doing a good job. The whole experience has felt personal rather than transactional, which makes a huge difference. We never feel like we have to chase for updates—Chris is always on the ball, keeping us informed and reassured throughout. We had two sales for through alongside a fair few issues, and all the time Stuart maintained the upmost level of professionalism and was consistently diligent as well. Both Stuart and Amber were fabulous and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the again!

I rented a mice infested apartment with them, finding out this was an issue they had known about for three years and continued to let. Had a hole in the roof for six months that they didn’t fix and have had to vacate due to such poor living conditions. And after all that claimed half my deposit for an issue they failed to record in the inventory from the previous tenancy.
