12th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I have been a tenant of Martin and Co since November of last year since they took on my property,having rented the same house for seven years always paying my rent on time.my interaction with Martin and Co has been the worst I have expeirenced in renting for the last 25 years,they offer a shambolic process for maintance do not respond to request even where safety is an issue and have no empathy for the customer.<br>They are happy for you to have to use the ombersman to resolve issues that they have no intention of dealing with.<br>They are the worst example of unscrupulous letting agents and the reason tenants are treated so badly.<br>Avoid at all costs!!

From start to the point of sale so far the entire team demonstrated a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart in the industry. ?They move quickly and keep the process on track. Every interaction with Adam, Louise or Scarlett was handled with courtesy. They are a genuinely polite team that makes you feel valued. They were always available to assist whenever I had a question, making the communication process seamless ?Thank you for making this such a positive experience!

14th May 2026 (11 weeks ago)Wouldn’t use this agent again to help find a property. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We viewed a property back in February and were initially told the landlord wouldn’t accept our application. Later, after the property had not had many viewings, they accepted an application from us. We were completely transparent from the start about a recently paid-off CCJ. After going through referencing, we were left waiting only to eventually be told the landlord decided not to proceed after another interested party came along. This could and should have been communicated much earlier. The agency seems to prioritise landlord decisions at the expense of customer care and basic communication. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Much appreciated, Rosean- 23rd Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all

The staff have been really approachable in helping us find the right home and have been so quick to respond and relay messages throughout the purchase process. This has made the process much smoother and helped us get the move date we hoped for. I highly recommend using Pygott and Crone
18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

When it came time to sell, I knew I would only work with Oliver again.<br><br>I invited several estate agents to view my property, but none of them inspired the confidence that Oliver did. He is highly professional, honest, straightforward, and delivers an outstanding level of service from start to finish.
6th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Contacted about a viewing on a commercial property in Skegness, firstly they are near impossible to get through onto a phone constant awnser phone, so then email them, said I’d want to view on a Friday as that’s the only days I’m available, they replied saying they can do a Thursday…. I replied again saying I can only do Fridays and a week has past now with no response, I’ll be avoiding brown-co from now on. Waste of time very poor service.

7th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)I was issued a section 21 eviction notice by my landlady, who decided she wanted to sell the property I rented, via Frank Innes. They were not only apologetic but immediately started helping me to find a new home. I must thank Ellie and Molly for their friendly and expert support in making my move much less stressful. They kept me informed throughout on what was happening with the flat I was moving into and were always willing to let me view the property before moving in. I also found the sales team equally friendly and professional. Before the move they would ask if prospective buyers of the house could view at a time that suited me. The whole process of moving was smooth and easy. Excellent service, Many thanks.
