Benton's managed to get our house on the market in record time, we honestly didn’t think it was possible. The whole team brought so much enthusiasm, pushed when needed, and helped put us in a strong position to secure the offer on our dream home. A big shout?out to Sharon and Ilea for their hard work and support throughout.

29th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

5th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We chose Newton Fallowell on the basis of their excellent reputation and were not disappointed. The manager, Adam, was superb in personally overseeing our purchase and sale. Everyone in the office was proactive and kept us well informed of the progress of the whole transaction, to enable a smooth and well coordinated purchase and sale. Well done and thank you to all involved for a highly professional service. We recommend the team at the Stamford office unreservedly.

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible. What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Mason, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house. Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction. We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.
19th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

We have known some of the team for over 20 years, admiring and respecting their achievements. What we didn’t know was exactly how good the team is. Emily was the driving force behind our initial sale (congratulations mummy) which through not fault of the company fell through. Undeterred and with the help of Joe and Lucinda, the team managed to find a new buyer Tina took over the reins and ensured everything went smoothly and quickly to a successful conclusion. A massive thank you to the entire team. You were outstanding and always kept us up to date.

The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !
3rd Jun 2026 (17 days ago)The staff are very good and always attend your calls immediately. Their customer service is superb. They have charged me a great deal.more than other agents who were local. I paid this on the presumption that they would get me a better price which they have not done. I explained to them that I needed a certain price in order to make up the shortfall for the onward purchase, which fell on deaf ears. To be honest, I would not use them again.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Everything was handled smoothly from start to finish, and any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and professionally. The responsiveness and genuine care shown made the experience stress-free and reassuring, which really made a huge difference to the whole process. Nothing was too much, he gave his all and helped and updated me constantly. I am so very grateful for everything he did and the support I got before during & after I got my tenancy agreement. I had dealing with a couple of others at Connells and they too were amazing. Thank you James for everything, I highly recommend Connells.
