30th Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)Most unprofessional Estate Agent in Oldham. My personal experience of the branch staff is very poor. You will not find the Shaw branch staff responding to email or picking up the phone. My house has been completely trashed by the tenant. They will also charge extortionate fee for menial repair works and are always late in collecting the rent from the tenant. No one in the branch takes any ownership of the rental arrears. Shaw branch is completely unresponsive to any communication. Very poor, unprofessional and despicable customer service. If you are a landlord, never even think of considering this branch.
4th Oct 2024 (25 weeks ago)Fantastic service, Laurence (and the team) are absolutely first class in handling my Mum’s sale. She was nervous about the move after over 40 years in the property but Laurence instantly put her at ease. Worth every single penny!
3rd Mar 2025 (24 days ago)Vicky and the team at Bridgfords have been amazing. They sold my property for over the asking price and in a good timeframe. I was updated by Vicky on a regular basis on how the sale was progressing. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she would always respond to my questions and queries. Excellent service and communication from the whole team.

24th Mar 2025 (3 days ago)Nice simple approach by John at the initial valuation. I felt that his valuation and opinion of my Mothers' house was the most realistic. Then once advertised for sale Jessica was my main contact and did a terrific job throughout the process. (Thanks again Jess). I would, and have recommended Kirkhams Estate Agents to family and friends.
2nd Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house

12th Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)They blame the market for the lack of viewing . Just two views during the time the agency had the property and one of those was a lady that I send to the agency. I decided to take the property of the market and do some renovations prior going to the market again

I can definitely recommend them & Jess & Leah went out of their way to help & reassure me throughout!!! We had a few problems regarding the title deeds & I rang them daily for updates, they left me feeling reassured & took the pressure off! Thank you, we really appreciate everything you did for us & we are now in our forever home.
23rd Oct 2024 (22 weeks ago)The team at Kirkham's, with special mention of Jacob, Billy and Hannah in particular, went out of their way to make the successful sale of our house as smooth and easy as it could have been. We were very happy with the way the house was presented and that resulted in viewings and offers. Throughout the process the team provided clear and timely communication and were always friendly and helpful. They also had good open lines of communication with the solicitors and the buyer so I had confidence that information was being shared as needed. All in all a good experience!

They lied about the state of the property and they tried to get their own person to do the survey so it would be "quicker" and communication with the owner was hostile. I would never want to buy/rent/sell or let with this company ever.
