I cant fault them at all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family and if I ever need them again they will be my first port of call.

30th May 2024 (15 weeks ago)The team at Hames Estates is very professional, and also very approachable. They take a personal interest to ensure they deliver an excellent service. Any questions are answered quickly and you never feel that you are a bother. We dealt mainly with Joe and Ellie, when selling our house and the whole process was painless. First meeting was with Joe McKenzie who is straightforward and honest. He takes the time to go through the process with you, including the very reasonable fees. Viewings are notified via text and email so easy to know who was coming and when. We were kept informed throughout and received regular feedback regarding viewings - the latter mainly by Ellie who is very friendly and helpful! Our house sold very quickly, and we have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hames Estates to others. Thank you!!

John was very friendly and gave me daughter helpful advice about moving in to her own home. We are very happy and excited for her to be starting out on this new adventure and will hopefully have the keys to the flat this week. A very prompt service from 247 property.

Dario, Karen and the team were friendly and always happy to help, they also kept me well informed which was much appreciated as I was at the other end of the country most of the time. I would thoroughly recommend Unicorn to anyone selling up in Glasgow. My best wishes to them for the future.

18th Mar 2024 (26 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

His extensive knowledge of the local market allowed us to set the value of our house to reflect the current housing market. The process was painless as Michael sold our home before listing on the open market, therefore allowing us to make an offer on our new forever home. Was again through Mountgreenan Property.

Our property sold at a closing date one week after going on the market. We were delighted with the price we got for it. I’d happily use Lesley again if we were to move again.

The team is highly competent and proactive in understanding your requirements. Getting the house on the market was swift, with no need for follow-ups. The quality of the photographs taken using the latest technology was outstanding. The communication was consistently personalised and comprehensive, keeping me well-informed about viewings and offers. I wholeheartedly recommend Movewise Estate Agents. Continue the outstanding work!
5th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
