Initially when we found the property we wanted to purchase our house wasn't even on the market. Isabel arranged everything for us regarding our house sale and we managed to sell it within 5 weeks of it going on the market. We were always kept informed of any changes / potential issues and she was always easily contactable. You will certainly get a more personal service here which is exactly what we wanted. Having not sold a house before it was all a bit of an eye opener and it didn't help that I was on the other side of the world for a couple of months! 27th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Wish I could’ve bought through the local estate agent; Brunel Estate Agents. Ideal Homes epitomise a big company that know nothing about the property, the area or any legal requirements. They market properties with gardens that aren’t owned by the property, don’t bother advertising the parking at properties with parking in areas where parking is at a premium. When they accept your offer they wait weeks to actually send the memorandum of sale, then during the sale don’t bother to keep you up to date, chase the seller or update you on changes such as the seller pulling out! Total incompetence on every level. Wouldn’t buy or sell with them even if they paid me to.

Not to be trusted letting team are absolutely useless 4 years we lived with a leak!!! landlord Alec and his wife Nikki didn't care and we were told by the lettings Manager Neil we should be thankful we have a house. Even with council involved just didn't care .. Please use another letting agent AVOID at all costs you have been warned. Updated they even tried to take us for all our deposit even after 4 years of leaks mould and puddles. AVOID !!!! There should be no stars !!!!!! Luckily enough brains and dynamite ???? they accidentally put our deposit all the way through instant KARMA.. please do not trust them bunch of morons. Need to Close down let some professional rent properties to people. Avoid at all costs especially a property in Treningle View

I live abroad and thought that trying to sell a property back home in England was going to be so difficult, however Kivells made it so increadably easy, taking all the pressures and stress off my shoulders, such an amazing experience. I would recommend Kivells to anyone, in a heart beat!! Thank you Sam and your amazing team, for helping me through what could so easily have been a very stressful time!
18th Jan 2024 (6 mo. ago)Absolutely awful start to finish. Agent valued the property wrong, wouldn't answer emails, didn't pass on an offer, and messed up the paperwork almost costing the sale. Never experienced such a terrible agency in 30 years and having bought/sold dozens of properties

I could not ask more as they achieved everything we wanted. I would recommend them to any seller or buyer.
17th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)Professional and personalised service that puts the client at the centre of everything. We felt at every step of the process we were well informed and listened too. Every visit to our home, whether that be for a valuation, for listing, or viewings, our home and family members were respected. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Using the app to keep updated with every stage was very useful. Plenty of reminders for appointments or viewings. The listing was well advertised, the photos fantastic quality and the 3D virtual tour was superb. Every viewing was accompanied, although we only needed a couple before sale! All of this for fees that are competitive with other agents we approached in our area. I am so pleased we made a good choice and went with Atwell Martin.
29th Mar 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid this Lettings agency at all cost, they do not keep up to date with legal requirements for rental properties eg; provision of carbon monoxide alarms etc. Communication extremely poor or non existent. They will not repay your deposit back at the end of the tenancy. Had to get a statutory declaration signed by a local solicitor and sent to the Deposit Protection Scheme in order for the deposit to repaid in full.
13th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I have now tried calling this company now for 3 days, left a number of messages all you get is the answer phone. Was looking to buy. I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.

11th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)The Pilkington sales agent was very enthusiastic and confident and the outcome was that they achieved their valuation. However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

27th Aug 2023 (10 mo. ago)Mel behaviour is very unprofessional and bites back when you don’t want to make an offer on a property. Offered a previous survey that she stated was really good, after a 4 day delay waiting for it having to ask three times. The survey has about £40,000 of repairs. She states “I feel really sad for you that you lose out, never mind” I’m disgusted at the behaviour.
