Eliana kept in touch with me weekly with updates of my purchase and sometimes more often as it got closer to exchanging and completing! She was so helpful with queries and talking me through the purchase of my first property!!! Even contacting me after the sale completed to check how everything went because she was not working on my completion date.

My soliciting firm had very slow processes, Samantha Morse was proactive at pushing the sale through faster, she knew the sale process inside and out which was so helpful. I recommend them.- 14th Dec 2025 (5 weeks ago)As first time buyers, I can honestly say that Fulfords was the best people we worked with throughout our purchase! We saw the house we wanted, they got us in for a viewing on a bank holiday so we didn't have to miss work. James who did our initial viewing and took our offer has been absolutely wonderful, he's called and kept us informed of updates, he's chased things for us, and just all round he's a friendly and approachable person! Every time we've called the office they've either got us the info or we got a call back the same day. All the staff are friendly and professional! I did meet with their on house mortgage advisor who was also so lovely and knowledgeable- I don't think you'd go wrong sorting your mortgage out with her. At the end of this process we can say with absolute certainty that the estate agents were the best part! They've been so valued in our journey! Thanks Fulfords (St Budeaux)!

14th Jan 2026 (3 days ago)My husband and I were very pleased with the way Luscombe Maye (Yealmpton branch) handled the sale of our property. They are very friendly staff that were always polite, cheerful and informative. We certainly would use Luscombe Maye again if we were to sell our property.

We also received a really lovely moving in box full of goodies which was a lovely surprise. I cannot recommend them enough!
2nd Jan 2026 (15 days ago)Scott Parry associates have just successfully sold our Property in Cargreen, and I can honestly say that they are by-far the best agents that we have ever dealt with. We went with Scott after his property appraisal, as he was genuinely enthusiastic about our property and location, and the photography and drone footage that they provided was incredible. The market is very challenging at the moment, and the team persevered with many viewings and were proactive and accommodating for potential viewings throughout the entire process. The whole team were fantastic, and in particular Megan, who we could not fault, and we felt like she made it her mission to sell our property. The market is incredibly tough, so be realistic about your sell price and Scott Parry Associates will get it done for you!

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
8th Jan 2026 (9 days ago)We recently used Julian Marks for a property purchase (and sale), despite having a horrific time with legals further down the chain Ellie and Alice (Plympton team) were incredible. From the viewing right through to completion their communication, thorough paperwork, and the chasing of other agents were second to none - all with a clear determination from them both to get the process moving and to complete within a reasonable timeline. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Julian Marks, they’ll also be at the front of the queue if we ever decide to move on again. It’s an easy 5 stars from us!!
