Harry also was amazing and works so hard to make sure everyone feels comfortable ans informed. Additionally stuart the fibaical advisor could not be friendlier. I would recommend these guys to absolutely anyone!

24th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Marchand Petit, they have been brilliant all the way through our house hunting journey, with plenty of patience and good advice over the months. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and all the staff have a lovely disposition that makes them very approachable (which is certainly not a given in the business!)
18th Nov 2023 (9 mo. ago)Avoid wether buying or selling! Wanted to buy and had offer accepted on a property with stipulation to remove from market before I'd proceed. After many weeks the property was still listed on the market but agents started demanding I proceed anyway, they even contacted my solicitor & lied saying I'd said to proceed. I made a fresh offer emphasising my stipulation to remove from market but they refused to put it forward to the vendor. Obviously the sale is not going ahead now. Very poor communication, no single point of contact, always a different employee emailing, cold, aggressive, rude and overall very confusing.

I would like to mention Ela who was outstanding with the negotiations between myself and my buyers making the whole progress for the sale run smoothly. great service thank you Ali and the team .

Stuart and his colleagues have been professional, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and diplomatic throughout all our dealings with them. They have shown integrity and been excellent in terms of communication (we never had to chase them about anything and we received a call to update us on the progress of the sale every week). I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I could not ask more as they achieved everything we wanted. I would recommend them to any seller or buyer.

I feel sorry for the property owners who are selling through them. I will not be buying through them that's for sure. Stay away property sellers.

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

I knew nothing about estate agents or the value of my mothers property but our daughter had recently bought a house via Mayers and said that they were good. We looked up and down the street and out of 5 estate agent boards that were visible 4 were from Mayers. So, with 1 personal recommendation and 80% silent recommendations we decided to go with Mayers. We weren't disappointed. As an aside, during the selling process we had reason to meet our buyers. They also had nothing but praise for Mayers.
2nd Apr 2024 (23 weeks ago)This letting agency is a joke they arrange a inspection one minute then section21 the next as the landlords haven't a clue what they want and this agent will keep phoning if you give them your number avoid at all costs
