1st Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I recently used Hilton, King and Lock to sell my house and found them to be excellent. They were readily available to answer any questions or queries I had. Once the sale was agreed they were constantly tracking the progress of the transaction with solicitors and my buyer. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their home.

19th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)Superb. Fair rates with an exceptional service. Sold our house within 2 weeks. Also sold a neighbours house in 2 weeks as well, after being on the market with other agentsfor literally 3+ years. The marketing is far better than other agents, with very clear and detailed floor plans and brilliant video promotion, not the usual picture scrolling stuff, it has voice overs narration, music and more. Watch out Hollywood !!! Many thanks Luke for all your help. Very much appreciated and would 1000% reccomend.

She has an impressive knowledge of the houses and the local area, pointing out details and insights we wouldn’t have noticed on our own. 7th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Northwood Wokingham have been with me at every step of the way from 2005 when I first became a buy to let Landlord right up until 2025 when I finally retired and they sold both of the rental properties they had managed for me for the last 20 years. With my first 2 properties in the area, I signed up to their Platinum scheme and the team fully managed the properties with a guaranteed rental income for me irrespective of any potential voids between tenants. This was perfect for me in the early days when I was new to the rental business, needed a guaranteed hassle free income whilst I worked full time. As the years progressed and my property portfolio grew, I moved to the standard managed package. I was working with other agents outside Berkshire with my other properties and was always impressed with how Northwood’s standard of service, property maintenance , property inspections and attention to detail was so much better than elsewhere. Denise, Julie and the team were always happy to help resolve issues as they arose and give practical advice. Fast forward to 2024-25 and I decided to sell my properties, Denise and Julie were who I turned to provide expert advice and guidance through the 2 successful sales. I recommend the team at Northwood very highly both for Landlords (and tenants) as well as for property sales.

The sales progressor, Jane, was especially helpful and supportive from start to finish. Buying a property can be stressful, but Jane kept everything moving smoothly and made sure I was updated regularly. She was always responsive, professional, and happy to answer any questions I had along the way. Her communication and attention to detail really helped make the whole process much easier. I would definitely recommend Michael Hardy Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. The service was professional, efficient, and friendly, and Jane’s support as sales progressor made a real difference.- 15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Tom Ward was always there to help us and kept us in the loop at all times. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

6th Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)We are really glad that we went with Chloe Stewart, David Cliff local agent, to sell our house in Maidenhead as we got a very personalised service, avoiding the miscommunication we have had during previous sales. Chloe was unfailingly helpful, prompt and supportive. I would not hesitate to use her services again.
3rd Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very unprofessional after you give them business. They managed our property in Northampton for 4 years. No inspection reports ever provided. Told us the tenant has left and there was no rent for us. Seem like they do not know the legal implications of such action. The personnel who managed our property was very arrogant and has no idea of customer service. Had to prompt them for rent to be disbursed on most of the times.

9th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)Matt was absolutely excellent throughout our selling / purchasing process and continued to provide ongoing support when the first purchase fell through. Not once did we feel pushed to continue our sale if we couldn't find the right property. The service felt extremely personal and reinstated our faith in the industry after some previous poor experiences. The fees were extremely reasonable and Matt's persistence in helping to move elements of the process outside of our control along was very welcomed. A faultless service and we cannot thank you enough for your help.

17th Nov 2025 (19 weeks ago)They did what they said they would do. A few teething problems at the start, but once these were ironed out, they have absolutely delivered in selling our house at asking price no less. I would highly recommend Bridges estate agents whether, buying, selling or renting.
