14th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I am part of a group of investors who have opened a company to provide short-to-medium-term accommodation for our clients. In pursuit of a property for us to rent, I phoned up Savills and spoke with Julie (I hope I'm remembering her name correctly!).<br><br>From start to finish, she was fantastic. She had excellent knowledge of the area, she listened to our needs, and she made some really helpful suggestions and gave me some great information about the area.<br><br>Sadly, I was informed that Savills do not do company lets, and, as such, we weren't able to go out to view any properties for our purposes.<br><br>Nonetheless, I'm impressed with how she managed the phone call and if Savills ever soften their position on company lets and feel inspired to give us a chance, I sincerely hope they keep me on speed dial as I'd love to enter an ongoing business arrangement and help Savills to add massive value to the landlords of Windsor.<br><br>Keep up the great work Savills lettings! Please keep us in mind.

14th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Proactive sales service from instruction to offer accepted. Company's sales progression could benefit from fine-tuning. This is a valuable function particularly in a 'challenging and protracted' sales transaction. Sheetal Suri, Senior Property Consultant stepped up to propel the sale of our property and we appreciate her efforts and input. Would have given Shaw & Co a 5-star rating but for the execution of its end-to-end sales progression service, and for that reason, given a 4-star rating.

25th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We stayed at 26 Upper Addison Gardens and had a great time. There were 9 family members from age 8 to 77 and all had a wonderful time. The day after we left, we noticed my wife had left the earrings she got for our 50th anniversary. We contacted Charlotte Romanini. She contacted the cleaning staff and had the earrings sent to her office. She helped facilitate the shipment of the earrings back to us in the states. They arrived today in perfect condition thanks to Charlotte and her staff for packaging them and getting them ready for shipment. Her efforts were above and beyond with lots of communication to us. Thanks for all you did for us. Great job!
25th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)We didn’t sell with them, we ended up switching agents, they came in and promised this and that and then nothing, we were told they would contact us weekly to let us know what is going on even if nothing has happened, we heard not unless we chased it, when they took new photos it took almost 10 days for them to come back and get us to approve them, we had 3 sales managers in the 12 weeks we were with them, and staff members would bad mouth others by saying oh sorry yeah they have been spoken about that in the past etc, they came in saying one price which was the same as the others and then within two weeks badgering us to drop the price, we did but they couldn’t even change the listing in their front window of the shop, as we changed the price mid august and the advert in the window was still showing the original price

They have been so professional with the sale of my home, they sold it off market and had a fully informed team at every viewing. Tom Major is extremely responsive to all messages, communicates well and sets realistic expectations.

She is, by far, the best estate agent we met in all of that time. We have very small children that we had concerns about bringing along to view properties but June assured us that she would help keep them entertained & she did just that - my little boy still asks why June isn't with us in our new home!<br>June also recommended that we viewed the house (which we brought through Prospects) even though we had initially dismissed it. Needless to say - we couldn't be more grateful. June has a real eye for detail, walks you through what you can do with a property, is friendly, will help you with small children & find you the house you didn't know you wanted!<br>June, you set the standard that other estate agents should aspire to.<br>Thank you again!<br>Steph

They gave us the confidence to go ahead with our decision to sell, and supported us throughout the whole process. Teresa's photos of our house were fantastic, including a lovely unplanned appearance from our cat, who decided to pose for the camera! Nick was brilliant at helping take offers forward and kept solicitors communicating well up and down our chain, which made a real difference in keeping things moving. It can be a stressful experience, but Sarah was supportive, approachable, realistic and motivating throughout the process. I felt I could really trust Sarah - she was incredibly good at communicating, available and responsive, even in the evenings when everyone else was closed and no longer responding! This made a massive difference. I could tell that Sarah respected and cared for the sellers of the house she was buying, and she juggled each of our different needs with sensitivity and integrity. A total game changer in terms of buying a house. Definitely a bespoke experience and yet affordable.
