Today I exchanged on my final sale of a property in the area. They have been amazing to work with. Efficient, polite and most importantly fair. Keeping me in the loop at each stage of the process and I highly recommend them.

3rd Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Recently used Sears Estate Agents in Bracknell to find a new tenant for my flat. Can’t praise them enough. A suitable tenant was found within 24 hours of it being advertised and all the financial checks on him and references were completed within 2-3 days. Contracts signed within 5 days!!! Super impressed with Andy and Leona whom I dealt with throughout. Needless to say I would highly recommend them.

David is the most professional estate agent I have ever dealt with, his personalised approach to keep me updated made the experience feel seamless and stress free. I have dealt with other local estate agents and had very bad experiences, Gascoigne-Pees in Maidenhead are the only estate agents I would recommend using is you are buying or selling a property. Thanks again guys!

9th Apr 2025 (20 days ago)The best service with an estate agent I have ever encountered from Debbie Godfrey at Gascoigne-Pees. We never felt like we were being sold to and we trusted her entirely throughout the process of our purchase as she gave sound, genuine advice. It turned out to be quite a complicated process and Debbie went above and beyond to support us through the entire process to make sure the purchase progressed through to completion. We can’t thank her enough. Thanks Debbie! I would not hesitate to recommend G-P’s!
18th Apr 2025 (11 days ago)The initial valuation was made when the market was at a peak (in Feb 25, the govt had waived stamp duty till 5 April 2025 so buyers had a lot of incentive to complete before then). So it proved to be on the optimistic side and we needed to reduce twice to get serious offers. That being said, Davina did a very good job organising viewings and sharing feedback and I feel it was a good experience overall!

18th Apr 2025 (11 days ago)Jigsaw achieved a quick sale, handled all viewings, kept us fully informed at all times and even dealt with our tardy solicitors who seemed to be in no hurry to exchange contracts. This made fora much less stressful experience than the sale would otherwise have been.

14th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)We are having a nightmare with this company. We have now rented a property with them for a year. We turned up to the viewing, sat there for 10 minutes and no one showed. We called the office to be told they forgot to book it in and it would need to be rebooked, we had driven 4 hours to view this property as we were relocating so told them they had to send someone out. We were then rushed through the viewing. We ended up going ahead with the property and had no problems with this part of the process. However, anything that requires any form of management from Martin&Co is horrendous. They have 2 months to complete a gas safety check but left it to the last week they could legally have it done and then Oliver had a go at US for not being able to take a day off work to let them in. We got told it wasn't possible for them to give us a timed slot so we called British Gas ourselves and got told it was possible they just had to request it, M&Co wouldn't, so we did and I was able to work it around my job (but had to organise everything myself). We then got contacted about our yearly inspection, we called and booked it in for my day off, they never showed up. We called to find out that once again, they didn't book it in. We live in Wokingham but half of our communication comes from the Staines branch. We then got emailed 3 days before rent due to say they were changing the account we needed to pay, we went on to set it up and the bank stated it looked like a scam payment based on the account, we contacted the landlord as it was a Sunday and he said he hadn't authorised any bank change, so it did look like a scam! However, after contacting a very rude woman at M&Co they stated THEY were changing the bank account and we have no right to talk to our own landlord and to pay them immediately and we were lying about the warning from the bank (proof attached). We are on a fully managed contract and have had to organise everything ourselves so far, which is ludicrous. We are fed up with communication from this company and would never rent with them again.

With lots of High’s and Low’s along the way.. with Hazel and Paul’s determination and Professionalism they finally got us across the line… Thank you Both.

27th Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)I have never left a negative review in my life but for this I have to.. AVOID RENTING WITH FOXTONS AT ALL COSTS. I have been renting a property in Brixton for the past year and reported mould issues 4 months ago (20th May 2024) and to this day (27/08/2024) nothing has been done to rectify it. We have been back and fourth with property management (even crying down the phone) and they are still not letting us move out until we finish the tenancy length (2 year tenancy agreement). The flat is a basement flat and the bathroom doesn't have a window or an extractor fan which we informed foxtons was illegal to which they breezed over and OF COURSE haven't done anything about. We are now living in mould and seeking legal action to try and get out of our tenancy as Foxtons have told us on 3 occasions we have to find someone to replace it if we want to go. As you can see from the photos nobody should be living in these conditions. Every time we ring, our account manager is 'in a meeting' they take days/weeks to respond to a question. In regards to getting something fixed..we are yet to have one issue in our flat/tenancy fixed. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

Although the process took longer than expected due to issues further up the chain (through no fault of our own), Karl was genuine, honest, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was thorough, and whether it was a call back or an email, he always got back to us very quickly. Despite the challenges, Karl did everything he could to keep things moving. It's clear why the agency has such a great reputation in the area. Highly recommended.

The communication from Michael Brown couldn't have been any better. His knowledge of the area was extensive and his experience in selling Property's was excellent. I would recommend Michael and Property Bee to anyone and no doubt be using them again in the future.

I felt like I could ask her anything being a first time buyer is very daunting and confusing she explained a lot and sent me other properties that fit my description.
