8th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)I was purchasing through Reaston Brown and found them extremely personable. Their communication was excellent and the team felt caring and considerate which made the process, which unfortunately ended in my purchaser pulling out late in the process, a lot less traumatic with the helpful and friendly Sally helping her seller and ourselves through the process. I certainly hope we can purchase through them. And if i lived in the area i would not hesitate to engage them to sell my property - i would feel safe in their hands.

Negative: They valued our property at an ambitious price which sadly didn't receive any offers, even after reducing the price. Unfortunately a window was left open at the property following a viewing on more than one occasion.
3rd Aug 2023 (8 mo. ago)Don’t think twice! Choose ‘In House’. Most delightful, knowledgeable and professional staff. Our property went live on a Friday afternoon, we’d accepted an offer by the following Tuesday. I cannot tell you how pleased we are. The solicitor recommended is just as good. You won’t regret using ‘In House’, we certainly haven’t!

Alice and Tom listened to what we wanted to achieve with our sale and offered information and helpful advice. We decided to let them roll out the strategy they put forward and trusted them to get the job done promptly. Alice took on the job of selling our home and gave us a very personal service, always listening to our needs and always doing her utmost to fit around us. Within a few days of the house going live on the net at the right price, we had a great deal of interest and we went under offer the following week. We would not hesitate to recommend them and will use them again when we need an agent. Thank you S&P for all the help and hard work you put in to complete our sale in the month we required. 5th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Awful telephone manner, rang to enquire about a property and whoever answered the phone was very rude and blunt, wasn’t even sure I’d rung the correct number when greeted with a rude ‘hello?’ Then mumbled and put the phone down when they’d said what they needed to. Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
