18th May 2025 (29 days ago)Complaint sent into Davis Tate in February. Not acknowledged even though email was responded to and attempt to cover up. Had to contact James Elliot as MD directly but refusing to provide a written reply after 2 months since initial email to him and 3 months since complaint raised. See their Trustpilot rating of 56% 1-star

We are delighted that we have now sold our house thanks to Ceri, Ben and Jake, all of whom are professional and friendly in approach and easy to communicate with.

7th Feb 2025 (18 weeks ago)After minimal success with our first Agent in selling our house, we chose to move to 'James Gesner Estate agents' due to their knowledge of Wallingford and the surrounding area and specifically one area. Having the team represent our sale, and then to find us a property in the area we were looking to move, I would comment that James and the team were exceptional. The data (marketing report) that they provide against the sales element was informative, the viewings that they conducted, were very professional and the correspondence was always relevant, and always available. James is very knowledgeable where it matters and worked tirelessly in supporting both the house sale and purchase, and I felt that he really went above and beyond in providing a great service and doesn't seem to switch off by providing updates whilst in Mexico. James Gesner Estate Agency will certainly be first on my list for any House sales/Letting.

Their communication was honest, transparent and yet friendly throughout. Richard, Marcus and Karen were excellent at driving our sale forward, whilst professionally managing our expectations. I would 100% recommend team Beville.

4th Jul 2022 (2 years ago)We bought & sold our last house with Halletts 32 years ago so dealing with them again on our present home made us feel very comfortable. They are a great team, nothing is too much trouble for them. We had viewings very quickly when the house was put on the market and these were all professionally handled by either Graham or his son. We were kept informed after every viewing and once a buyer was found, Graham could always be relied upon to speak to the other agents when there were holdups of any kind. The team are very approachable and we would highly recommend this well established Estate Agents 10/10!!

14th Feb 2025 (17 weeks ago)Strongly recommend the team at TM Wallingford led by Craig Kirkman. No nonsense, down to earth and experienced approach leveraging broad local market knowledge. Action oriented, they get on with the job and set realistic goals based on market insight. Sold our property in Dorchester on Thames successfully in a timely manner. They may not be the least expensive option in the area but you get what you pay for.

She really is a lovely person and very kind while also being 100% professional and totally proactive which is vital to see everything through to completion. Throughout the entire process Kate was the only agent who regularly kept in touch with the whole chain, holding all the different threads together when everything seemed to be at a standstill. Then my friend had the good fortune to find a house that was about to be marketed by Kate. My friend had the bright idea to contact Kate to let her know the sort of house they were looking for, and by an incredible stroke of luck she had exactly the right house just about to come on to the market. From then on everything went smoothly for my friend, with Kate actively keeping in touch and lifting spirits during what could have been an incredibly stressful time. Thank you Kate, of all the estate agents I've ever met, you really are the best.

Andy spent a considerable time with us, patiently answering all our questions and explaining precisely how he came to his valuation figure. It is always rewarding to talk with a professional who has so much experience and who is able to communicate so well. Andy has been in the business for many years and really knows his stuff. We were also really pleased that he brought along a work experience student to the meeting. A week's work experience is a valuable gift and it is wonderful that Bridges are able to offer this opportunity to local students.
