23rd Feb 2022 (2 years ago)I recently had to move after our previous landlord wanted to redevelop the whole building. I was dreading the prospect of moving and viewed about 15 different properties before eventually making an offer and having it accepted for a property let and managed by Millennium Residential. So far Marc has been great at getting everything ready and sorted for us to move in. I've had none of the problems I've had in the past with some other agents. Would definitely recommend for a more personal and straight forward experience.
5th Jun 2022 (1 year ago)Communication needs to be improved and relevant staff are difficult to reach or contact during the day. I keep having to ring several times and leave messages for the agent dealing with the sale progress and other information update. I'm not sure if to do with lack of staff?
27th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Not a great experience with this company. Placed in a property via my local authority. One company fronts for this company. From day one I reported issues to the initial company I was introduced to. I had a random visit from the owner of this company who found it amusing and failed to comprehend exposed scolding hot pipes, over 1.5m drops in the back garden with no rails, loose paving, an un lockable back door, holes in walls and floors plus many more hazards were an serious issue for an ASD child. He dismissed me and instructed me to get a quote to decorate the bathroom while skipping out of the house arrogantly. I have since come to find out he is not just the estate agent but also the owner. After months of failed repairs by unskilled random men I had to get Environmental Health to inspect. In addition to the faults I identified there were multiple hazards identified including Cat 1 health and safety issues. I have even found slugs in the house. After all this still no effort to repair. Have the audacity to call me sis when you met me but have me and my kids living like this? Absolutely disgraceful people. When I am moved the whole street will get a copy of the report so other families you happily take GBP’s for will know exactly what they are dealing with!
28th Feb 2020 (4 years ago)ARQ Homes Estate Agent was recommended to me to get a lettings valuation's appraisal for my house. Also, following the reading of good reviews from other people, I was confident and encouraged to make an appointment with ARQ Homes. I spoke with Abdul who invited me to his office, and made feel more than just a client, I felt like a guest in his ARQ estate agent. Abdul was very clear and concise covering all the details in order to give me an honest an accurate valuation appraisal. Abdul also used his valuable experience and knowledge in the housing market, in order to give me a good advice how to proceed with my plan for both potential lettings and sales of my property. Abdul's advice has definitely put me on the the right directions in order to achieve the best possible outcome in relation to my property. Thank you for being passionate and professional in this sector. I will definitely recommend Abdul of ARQ Homes to my friends and family. Mustafa

11th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Fantastic experience with Jacqui. If you are looking for a more personal experience then look no further. From valuation to completion Jacqui was all over it! She did a lot of the chasing and calming of sellers and vendors in the chain. She uses a professional photographer which was one of the things I loved, as I've seen some truly awful listings. She managed the open day and offers promptly and got me a buyer who actually saw it through to the end. Always there for a catch up or update. Unlike some of the other chains, she never sold my data to removal companies etc and I always felt she was looking out for my best interests, not just the commission, which by the way was also the lowest quote I got, as some of the others quoted but never mentioned that it excludes VAT. An easy 5 stars and I've recommended to friends and family.

Even after completion, Tom has stayed in contact, forwarding any properties he feels will meet our criteria. I couldn’t recommend Gracechurch Property Services highly enough.

The agents are very professional but have also a great human 'touch' in the way they approach any issue that is raised. I have dealt with many estate agents in the past years but none of them has ever come close to how good Delaney's agents have been to me and my family.

5th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)We had a really bad experience with this estate agent, so beware. We had an offer accepted on a property, Jerome did the usual of taking our ID, proof of deposit, agreement in principle etc and confirmed acceptance. Three weeks later our solicitor raised our attention to the fact that the sellers solicitor had yet to issue draft contracts. After another week I finally got hold of Jerome who confirmed that the seller wouldn't issue the draft contract until we had a confirmed mortgage offer on the property. I told Jerome that wasn't the normal sequence we were familiar with, but he assured me that was how sales progressed in his experience. We went back to our solicitor who advised us that they would indeed normally wait for draft contracts to be issued before proceeding with searches and surveys etc. So we gave the sellers solicitor a deadline before we would reconsider the offer. On the day of the deadline the seller issued a race contract and advised us that there was another interested party who's offer had also been accepted and the seller would exchange with the party which secured a mortgage offer first. I don't know whether Jerome was aware that the seller had accepted multiple offers when we had our conversation, but my instinct at the time told me he wasn't being open and honest about the sellers intentions. So beware of this agent in case they try this with you.

We chose Bowden Bradley to sell our house in Hainault, as they were a locally based but forward-looking modern agency that offered a competitive no-sale no-fee pricing structure. We were immediately impressed with Robin's insightful market evaluation and emphasis on the importance of finding the right type of buyer as well as the best possible offer. At the time given the market conditions, without such guidance, it may well have taken us many more months to receive a good offer from reliable buyers. The quality of their photography and videography was great too and they were able to get us listed days after we signed with them. We'd also like to thank Emilea, who did a great job in helping progress the sale and keep all parties updated - without which we may not have been able to complete before Christmas!
