29th Oct 2025 (19 days ago)I was unfortunately in a position that I needed to move back home and had to find a new tenant to take over my tenancy. Haus were great at helping me do this and explaining the situation to me in a way that was easily understood. Hope guided me through the process and made it so much easier than I thought it would be, which alleviated a lot of stress.
8th Dec 2024 (11 mo. ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)
11th Nov 2025 (6 days ago)I would like to give feedback regarding the estate agent on the house we bought what works at Blundells her name is Sarah Law she’s been so amazing She’s done stuff for us. She shouldn’t have got involved with. She’s chase down our solicitors our estate agents etc etc, I can go on and on my only biggest downfall is I wish I would’ have gone with somebody like Blundells and had an estate agent like Sarah, our estate agents have been absolutely useless. I’m not going to mention their names but Sarah has done more for us and it was nothing to do with her just to get us satisfied with the house we’ve bought and to get things moving more quickly she doesn’t deserve one Goldstar she deserves 100 gold stars I cannot thank Sarah enough for what she has done for us. I can say everything about Sarah Law on the word is amazing… thank you Sarah and I mean THANK YOU massively

It wasn't straightforward but they were patient and understanding and always on hand to help.
8th Nov 2025 (9 days ago)At the start, it was all very good. We received professional help from Lauren and she greatly helped us rent a nice home. But we didn’t know we had to have a mind like a detective to protect our deposit from false claims and untrue facts. So, if you rent, be very watchful and take photos everywhere. We checked out after a year, leaving the property clean and tidy. We washed the whole carpet and did a very thorough clean. But the landlord claimed the carpet was not hoovered and dirty. After we vacated the property, we saw on their website that they advertised the property featuring photos that look exactly like the checkout photos I took. Why do I know? Because the hoovering lines left in the carpet are exactly the same. The ad was later taken down when I wanted to find evidence to support my dispute. Also, the dispute amount went from £50 to £185, which was inconsistent and unreasonable. We should have taken photos of every single corner, door frames, sockets and all other hidden places, including the toilet hole. (There was unremovable stains at the right beginning. We tried to clean it but had to live with it. And of course, we were falsely claimed).

30th May 2025 (24 weeks ago)We have been impressed from Bartons from the beginning. Joel was very knowledgeable of the process and we were pleased with the photographs - he even returned to take more after he wasn’t satisfied with the a couple. Georgina has been brilliant with negotiating our sale and liaising with the estate agents through whom we are purchasing too. We have found that Bartons communication is superb.

18th Oct 2025 (30 days ago)I had a good and bad experience with Nestledln. The valuation , photos and videos of my house were fantastic. Very knowledgable and very friendly. Very quick turn around to get my property advertised. Communication was great at first but then it dropped off . I felt like they were not really giving me pointers to how I could help to sell my house . I also was wanting to buy a house from them as well and put an offer in on a property they were selling. They could not seem to marry the two together that I was wanting to buy and sell from them . I had a phone call about the property I was wanting to buy and I was asked how i was getting on selling my own home . I said well you are selling it and the lady had no idea they were also selling mine aswell . They also did not let me know the house I had an offer in for had been sold to someone else . I had to learn on social media that it was sold . When I rang to ask they had no intention of letting me know it was just “ oh yes it’s be sold to someone in a better position “ . This is fine it happens but I do think they should let you know . I did think the communication could be so much better . I chose to take my home off the market and not to sell . My house is no longer on the market. They are a very friendly team and lovely to talk to. When I chose to take my house off the market the lady that I spoke to was so lovely and wished me well .

13th Nov 2025 (4 days ago)I’m big on passive income and always on the lookout for good assets, and Let Property honestly surprised me. Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.
6th Nov 2025 (11 days ago)From start to finish the team at Hughes have been amazing. Lewis valued our property and got it on the market within a few days. The valuation and offers exceeded our expectations and the handling of the viewings by Lewis made it so much easier. Unfortunately our original buyers dropped out after several weeks, but the lovely Meg negotiated for us and we accepted an offer from a different buyer on the same day! Meg kept us updated all the way along the process, acting in a friendly but professional way and also liaised with our solicitor. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hughes to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property.
