Paul came out to value our home, he was very friendly, open and approachable. Once we made the decision to put our home up for sale Paul worked quickly to get it on the market as soon as possible (even working on a Sunday evening). Within a week of going on the market we had sold our home. We could not be happier with this company and would 100% recommend them to others.

If you are looking for an agent that goes the extra mile where nothing is too much then look no further. Special mentions to Nicola and Daniel who dealt with my sale who were both fantastic and kept me up to date even when there was no further progression with the sale. As a first time buyer he guided me and informed me of each step of the process which was really helpful. Can't thank him enough. Would highly recommend using their service.
21st Oct 2023 (5 mo. ago)I have just sold my house with Trigglets and I can't rate them enough. Half way through my sale I had a really traumatic thing happen in my personal life. Helen was there to help me through. She was patient, understanding but most of all compassionate. I can't thank her enough. These estate agents are not like the others. They are a family run business and treat you like a human being and not a cash cow. Their fees are transparent, competitive with no hidden surprises. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Trigglets.

I have rented accommodation from Bespoke Lettings for 6+ months and I am very satisfied with the service, communication, team and effort put into maintaining the property clean, secure and safe for all residents. I will definitely consider renting from Bespoke again in future as they are the best! Thank you very much for your hard work and good luck in the future! ?????

18th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They were our sellers estate agents and could not have done more to support the conveyancy process. They kept both me and the seller updated and went above and beyond to keep things moving. I wouldn't hesitate to use them as my own agent for future sales! A special thanks to Nicola and Tracey who dealt with the property purchase from memorandum of sale and onwards!
