31st Oct 2025 (16 days ago)Me & my family have been tenants of horizon for the last 5 years never had any issues with service from themselves along with Allison Gaydon in the office who is always there to help and answer any questions or arrange for any repairs, their periodic inspections are professional & timely as to not interrupt any plans all in all couldn't ask for better service.

We first came across them when searching for a new home, and after a rollercoaster journey, it was a no brainer to have them acting as the agent for our sale too. Dan Elliott was a lifesaver to us and acted with such genuine care, compassion and urgency when we needed him most. Throughout the entire sale and purchase process, Zuhre went above and beyond in every possible way. Zuhre is absolutely incredible, her relentless support, kindness and determination has been invaluable to us and we will never be able to express just how thankful we are to Zuhre for taking such good care of us as a family. It’s rare to find people in the profession who genuinely care so much, and we are still taken aback by the team at Elliott & Smith. Even at the most stressful of moments, we were made to feel reassured at every step. Steve and Julie were also brilliant at making sure all of our calls, queries and emails were picked up in any absence, with such a friendly approach. We have never had any difficulty in being able to reach the team when we needed to. A truly outstanding service from start to finish and we are so grateful that we came across Elliot & Smith. We have and will continue to recommend them to everyone!

Out of all the parties involved, Amos were easily the most efficient and proactive. We do not plan on moving any time soon, but Amos will definitely be our first point of contact in the future. We would highly recommend! A huge personal thank you to our main point of contact Tommy, who has made the process as seamless as possible and has been consistent throughout. We were kept fully updated and any queries were dealt with promptly. A personal thank you to Rob too, who was also extremely helpful.

From the very start Jo (and the team) were hands on and very much involved with every step of the process. Keeping us updated along the way and steadied the course when things got a little tense. I would thoroughly recommend Hunt Roche to anyone looking to see their home. I trusted their opinions and knowledge of the selling market and we walked away very happy being able to buy our dream home. Definitely 5 stars from us!

They were brilliant even with us constantly blocking up their phone lines with questions! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! It’s been a long time coming, and many challenges along the way but I’m so pleased to have now completed. Thank you! Only 1 word of advice - DO NOT USE EVER USE PCS LAW! They are on Balgores approved solicitor list, but are absolutely useless & delayed me exchanging for days, meaning I had 2 days from exchange to completion.

When things were moving slowly, Jake was always on it – chasing things up, keeping us informed, and doing everything he could to push things along. He was always available when I needed to vent, and never made me feel like a burden – just genuinely supportive, patient, and understanding. His professionalism, communication, and overall care made a very stressful process so much easier. If you’re looking for an estate agent who truly goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend Jake and Gibson & Brennan highly enough.
