2nd Dec 2025 (7 weeks ago)Tinsley Garner Estate Agents What an incredibly unprofessional company. After calling them for what feels like the hundredth time—following countless broken promises of a call back—I was met with the rudest, arrogant sales agent imaginable, who showed less interest than my little finger. They spoke to me as if I had no experience whatsoever with buying or selling homes, gave responses completely inconsistent with previous conversations, and showed zero acknowledgment of mistakes made on their end. In short, they lost a sale. Good luck to anyone who chooses to use this company—don’t expect consistency, professionalism, or even the basic courtesy of returned calls. This is not the first poor experience I’ve had with them. Truly unprofessional.

1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

7th Jan 2026 (10 days ago)I asked Abode to ask a buyer to make £1000 payment that would not be refunded if they were to pull out. They wouldn't do it. I've only had one person view. Hope the sale doesn't fall through. Can't understand why there are no other viewers.

We would highly recommend using them, excellent service with a warm and friendly approach- while being totally professional.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If there was an option to give 0 stars i would, housing union needs to step in. £120 cleaning charge for blue tack that was already there. Fined £200 in council tax as they failed to inform and submit student exemption, made me homeless twice, £60 fee each time to get back in. Their emergency line failed to work and blamed it on the network. failed miserably at looking after their tenants and all the young women in my flat were subjected to a creepy uncle. Unsure how any of them sleep soundly. The state of the flat was gross while promoting a weekly cleaner. do better

Ella, my agent, was professional, responsive, and always kept me informed throughout the process. She handled the viewings efficiently . The whole transaction was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy property.

16th Sep 2025 (18 weeks ago)Amir was exceptional throughout as was his property partner Jonny. Even though their offices are not located in our area, we chose them because we got no bull, just honest straight talking and great advice. It was definitely the right choice! Amir and his colleagues definitely walked the talk! Did way beyond what could be reasonably expected of your average Estate Agent. Exceptional photography, descriptions and brochures (both printed and online). Knew exactly what buyers wanted to see and hear. We had 4 offers above the asking price within the first week of it going on the property portals. Next door had also been on the market for several months without being close to a sale. Exceptional communication. If we wanted to know about anything to do with our sale we spoke to Amir before our lawyer because he always knew what was happening on both our side and the purchaser's. Also gave honest, practical advice on anything to do with selling a property when asked. It's a shame the rest of the property sale professionals (lawyers, surveyors etc) don't treat customers like Amir. In summary, don't hesitate to use them. We've already recommended them to several sellers and I'm sure they'll get much more local business as a result.

His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was always approachable, kept us fully informed at every stage, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. Matt genuinely cares about his clients and it really shows in the level of service he provides. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his advice and support were invaluable throughout. I couldn’t recommend Matt and Luv2Sell highly enough - a truly exceptional estate agents and ill never go anywhere else now.

My house had 6 offers in 6 days which was unbelievable. As I was out of area later, Alex went round to the property and supervised anything that needed doing. I cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend this company for any house moving needs. Thanks so much Alex
24th Dec 2025 (24 days ago)Very disappointing. For 3 months payments have been late and have needed to be chased (agent issue not a tenant issue). Phone calls are not returned. Promised actions not done. Such a shame as the first 3 months were good.
