She is professional but also really friendly and personable. She is so quick in replying and the whole process was so smooth. And the welcome pack with treats was such a lovely touch. 2nd Dec 2025 (11 days ago)I received professional support from Sophie who was amazing through the whole process, going above and beyond to ensure we moved in as soon as possible. All under the conditions of doing it remotely. Then when we did make it to the office we were met by Christine who was friendly and helpful allowing my mother to take some time to refresh after a 3 hour drive. Thank you so much ladies you are wonderfully amazing

I would advise landlords to avoid giving them properties to manage, as payments were repeatedly delayed even when tenants paid their rent on time. Please be cautious if you wish to avoid potential financial complications.

30th Sep 2025 (11 weeks ago)I have recently viewed a property with property manager Claire on 25.09.2025 and again on 29.05.2025. Interacting with her was very good as she was very polite and helpful. I viewed the same property twice and she was really helpful by arranging it without any hesitation. Actually, she offered me the second viewing without any hesitation. Because of my own personal requirements I didn't proceed with that property. But I'm looking forward to hearing from her with a property that meet my requirements. Thanks Claire. Thanks Rory Mack.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
14th Aug 2025 (17 weeks ago)When I read some of the old tenants’ reviews mentioning that the estate agent had deducted from their deposit, I was worried the same might happen to me. The garden wasn’t in perfect condition when I gave the key back, but I had painted most of the house, given it a deep clean, removed all nails, filled the holes, and repainted the whole room where needed. To my surprise, the estate agent didn’t claim a single penny from my deposit. This shows that if you return the property in a nice, clean, and well-maintained condition, they are fair and won’t deduct unnecessary charges. I’m very pleased with their professionalism, fairness, and helpful attitude. While living in the property, they were always cooperative and responsive whenever I needed assistance, which made my tenancy much smoother. Highly recommended — a trustworthy estate agent who values honesty and treats tenants respectfully.

Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.
