5th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)I used this agent to manage my apartment. The property was damaged due to no inspection taken. Tracing compensation by email no reply. Call on the phone but keep saying waiting DPS reply month after month. They don't reply in writing to leave proof.

30th Mar 2024 (17 days ago)Cameron at Goodchilds Stoke, has been excellent with the valuation of our property, advice on how best to market the property, photography to show the prime selling points of the house, and advice once the property was sold stc- our property went on the market with Goodchilds Thursday pm - 2 viewings booked for Saturday - one of which offered the full asking price which we accepted the following Monday- just wish that I had gone with Goodchilds from the beginning rather than waste 10 weeks of our time with an inferior local estate agent.

Comes across as completely dishonest and deceitful.

1st Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Could of been better advice from the Mortgage Advisor on what my next steps could of been to be a successful first time buyer. Gutted I didn't get the house but it was a long shot. I'd heard about the first time Buyer Scheme and the house I'd always wanted was on the Market. All I say is, do your research and ask the right questions.

18th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

They are interested only in their commission proven by their dealing with landowners who have the most terrible reputations & previous track records. The conclusion, to this company you are simply a number on a spreadsheet as opposed to a human being. They simply do not care.

Denise, Steph, Ella and Dani were amazing from the start. Always there to answer and help with any questions I had. Seeing as I was selling this property on my own. Can’t thank the team enough! I even remember telling Dani to pour herself a glass of Prosecco one evening for helping me with something I was stuck with! Thank you too all x x
