Heather is both professional and friendly, always responding promptly and keeping me updated throughout the process. I would highly recommend Heather and the team in Uttoxeter.
17th Apr 2026 (6 weeks ago)Beware when your purchaser takes out a mortgage through your estate agent Would like to give zero but not allowed . In my opinion Ashbourne Bagshaws Residential protected a so called ‘hot buyer ‘ to the detriment of my sale. Helen (manager) lied to my face and said sale was going well . All the while she knew the so called ‘buyer’ had no mortgage or buildings regulations for a conversion ie not proceedable . Nor even had they 5 weeks later carried out the security checks for conveyance . I lost property after property . This is now a law suit and far from me being a tricky vendor the purchaser were not proceedable at that time. Over 4 months later l withdrew as still no Exchange . Connells the owner of Bagshaws Residential were willing to completely forget their duty to me in favour of this so called hot buyer . They were happy to let this go on month after month until the purchaser was able to proceed. In my opinion it is dishonest to favour a buyer because they were purchasing their mortgage through Connells .

From start to finish, Lisa went above and beyond to guide me through the process, staying professional and supportive, even with the unexpected delays. I truly believe the sale wouldn’t have completed without her efforts. Lisa’s communication was excellent, keeping me informed at every stage. I’m so grateful for all her help and would highly recommend her and the team.

Came out valued my house and got it on the market the same week (other estate agents couldn’t get me in for at least 3 weeks) constantly updating me with the sale of my property and the purchase of my next home. I wouldn’t sell my home through anyone else now.
28th May 2026 (2 days ago)Thank you Morgan for handling our sale and purchase. It has been a long process however Morgan has been very helpful and supportive throughout. We would have given 5 stars, however, during the process relating to a red ash survey when the report from the expert was interpreted differently by someone else at/on behalf of Heywoods that said we had red ash; when we did not. This led to some worrying and doubts for us, but this was overcome in time. Thanks again Morgan :) Sam and Paul

13th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)The Leaders office in Nantwich was closed due to some technical problems, so we went to Crewe and the gentleman we spoke to was unfriendly and unhelpful. We had a complex letting situation which, though the information was technically correct, he was rude and unhelpful presenting to us. A couple of weeks later and we’ve just let a 3-story, 4-bedroom house in Nantwich thanks to the help of other companies letting agents who guided us through how to navigate the complexities of our situation. Do better.
20th May 2026 (10 days ago)Our first time selling and buying a home, Abode helped us and we’re always happy to help out answering the questions and providing good insight. One thing, they only have one person who could do viewings ( this didn’t matter so much to us because our house sold quickly) but it did mean having to either wait a week for availability or do you own viewings. Despite that , really genuine & kind people working at Abode and felt supported throughout our sale.Whittaker & Biggs - Biddulph

Paris was excellent, always very communicative and efficient and really lovely manner, She was always very happy to help. The other members of staff were equally helpful and very friendly. 1st Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Well what can I say back in December I honestly couldn't believe my luck when I found the home right for me. Samuel makepeace were amazing at arranging a viewing and dealing with my offer and acceptance in record time. Fast forward just over three months we have move in date set in the next two weeks time. Ella thank you for all your hard work, outstanding communication and of course being lovely friendly and professional with every communication we had. Thanks again all and I look forward to seeing you in a few weeks to collect my keys. Thank you for helping my impossible become my impossible

Adam stood out from day one: professional, knowledgeable and hands-on. He attended nearly every viewing, provided immediate and constructive feedback, and made subtle but very effective changes to our marketing. His communication was excellent — evenings, weekends, and helpful voice notes — which worked perfectly for us with work and young children. He genuinely went the extra mile, even attending our home to allow surveyors in when we couldn’t. Adam guided us not only on the sale but also offered great advice for our onward purchase. His attention to detail, enthusiasm and commitment made the whole process smoother. We’d absolutely use him again and highly recommend him.

He really went above and beyond for me, especially when I had a family emergency and kindly went out of his way to drop the keys to me to save me collecting them I would 100% recommend Dean and really appreciate all of his help and support throughout the whole process.
