We had valuations from three other agents who seriously undervalued the house (between £150,000-£75,000 less than it went for!). We are so glad we went with Hanptons and sold quickly at a price we were happy with.

Our agent, Maurice, is extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any concerns - especially when I got locked out and had to pick up the spare key. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property in the area.

3rd Jul 2023 (10 mo. ago)I listed my flat with Winkworth and both Natasha and Hannah made the experience so much less stressful with their professional approach and solved the issues when a buyer all of a sudden pulled out of the deal and they quickly found another buyer at full asking price. I can highly recommend Winkworth, Hannah and Natasha!.

26th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)such poor and deceptive behaviour by this company. We provided work over a long period of time and were not paid for our services. Had to write off thousands. Their partner office were ok but then syubsequently did the same thing. As a small business this is so crippling when agents treat suppliers so badly. Weve had to chase adn chase to get some payments made and still this year wriging more money off as I've given up. Thanks Muniza.
1st May 2024 (14 days ago)Laylah Pendlebury helped me so much to turn my dream of once again having a flat in Chelsea. I loved every interaction I had with Laylah, she was smart and on the ball. She was incredibly customer focused, quick and attentive, with a lovely attitude and sense of humour. Laylah’s administrative input was seamless and I liked Wilford’s no fuss approach to navigating the references and legal contract signing. Laylah is a great listener, always keen to help and she quickly resolved the few minor concerns that I brought up, for example ensuring that all lights were on dimmer switches. I liked Laylah’s to the point style of communication, as well as always remaining super courteous and polite. Laylah delivered an outstanding service for me, and I could not be happier with my new flat. I would recommend Laylah and Wilfords to all of my friends for taking the stress out of finding a London rental.

Jessica Richards was my point of contact, and she was incredibly friendly and helpful from the get-go! She listened to our requirements and sent through property options that met our needs. She was also really great at following up with us after viewings to get our feedback, which enabled her to tailor her search for us even more effectively. Despite the fact we ended up finding a property through a different agency, I would highly recommend John D Wood & Co. to anyone!

Everything from providing a realistic valuation, generating a high number of viewings and navigating the sale process to completion was carried out professionally without any fuss.

The reason for this is that they provide a professional, practical and simply brilliant service to both landlord and tenant alike. Working to provide both parties with exceptional service! This team are different to the big chains of estate agents. They care about the landlords and tenants experience and don't just work for their own interest. Fantastic team rare to get this kind of service. Definitely recommended!

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job.
