There is no need to look elsewhere - since the team is very stable and a pleasure to deal with, they have become more like trusted advisers. When there is an issue, Daphne does thorough research, presents a recommendation and explains why. I use this as an example of how to treat all clients!

Our agent, Maurice, is extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any concerns - especially when I got locked out and had to pick up the spare key. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property in the area.

8th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)By far the worst experience with any estate agent I have ever had. When the short term tenancy is over they sent repeated lies about sending the full deposit back. On 3 occasions they said it was sent but they had not sent it. Left a review on trust pilot and they said they would get back to me but they haven't. Emailed and called countless times. Moved out August 18th and still no sign of a deposit return. If you rent from Foxtons just consider your deposit part of the rent because you will not see it again. Look into my rental case for SW112LT if you are reading this Foxtons.

22nd Apr 2024 (7 days ago)My experience with oaks has been amazing. Although they initially did my valuation i went with Annother estate agent which a friend had recommended which was a bad decision. However James kept in touch,once out of contract I moved over to Oaks. Michael and sol came to view the house and asked questions. Viewings started relatively quickly and frequently. I received an offer not too long after. Michael held my solicitors to task. He frequently emailed them and kept me constantly updated.The whole process moved swiftly without any issues. I would recommend oaks ,it was been a fantastic stress free experience selling my house with them All in the month of my birthday ! Thankyou Michael and the team.

He certainly went above and beyond at every step in the process of selling my mother’s house. I would certainly recommend him and would use his services again.

Patrick and Dylan were absolutely flawless - they guided us through an unexpectedly complicated sale which had to go through probate after the offer had been accepted with ease. They were knowledgeable, professional and quite frankly the best estate agents we've ever come across. They organised access whenever required, provided support to both us and the vendors and the listing of the property was accurate and helpful.

Previously, many agencies were uninterested because we have a dog, but Mr. Kwang was very kind and did his best to talk to the landlord and give us the opportunity, and he was very attentive in resolving all of our concerns and keeping in touch. It was a pleasure meeting him and I'm glad Saks Agency has such a wonderful worker. Thank you very much
27th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!

As a landlord, efficient, responsive, open & transparent and they don't take commission / kickbacks on repairs (which the main agents do and always fail to mention - hence why I moved to Radstock). As a vendor they worked tirelessly going above and beyond, especially as the property had a few quirks to iron out! Can't recommend this firm more highly.
