27th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

7th Feb 2025 (6 weeks ago)I am happy to share my recent experiences purchasing a property in Street through Cooper and Tanner. The staff in the Street Office, were knowledgeable, helpful and provided an excellent service - not only by recommending an independent building surveyor - but also by making the necessary arrangements for viewings, providing good quality written material and information and answering any follow-up questions about the property, in a professional, efficient and timely manner. As as result, the milestones and stages of the purchase from offer to final completion were achieved without any major difficulties or delays. Cooper and Tanner also acted professionally helping both the vendors and me, as the purchaser, to progress the sale and bring it to a successful conclusion. My sincere thanks to the Street Office team - David, Senior Negotiator; Iain, the Branch Manager; and Thea who showed me around the property and answered my questions. Dannii, the Office Coordinator, who was excellent in resolving any problems, acting as a conduit, making sure that everything continued to move forward smoothly during all the 'forwards and backwards' of the sale. As a first time buyer, late in life, this was all a very new experience to me, but Cooper and Tanner helped me find the right property in the right location for me. My thanks again!

We would like to thank our estate agent Natalie Hingley for the excellent service she provided us throughout this transaction. From the start we were very impressed by her professionalism and expertise on all things relevant to selling and buying a property. She ensured excellent photographic coverage of our property which really captured its character and features to full advantage. She then sold it very quickly and throughout the next weeks until completion she was most efficient in dealing with any arising issues. She was extremely helpful in quickly answering and dealing with matters as they arose. Her professional knowledge and expertise made us aware that we were in very safe hands. Natalie also went the extra mile to be extremely helpful. Thank you very much Natalie for making this process so very smooth for us.

10th Oct 2024 (23 weeks ago)I contacted Strutt & Parker in Exeter to sell my late parents home in Sidmouth. Isabel Clifton came and looked around the property, she was punctual and very professional with a friendly attitude. Isabel had a good grasp of the market and how to market the property in a difficult housing market. Isabel and her team provided good helpful advice and had an excellent knowledge of marketing our property. Their whole approach was professional, from valuing the property, to producing the particulars and photographs, to arranging the viewings and showing the potential purchasers around the property and achieving a good sale price that I was very happy with. I would highly recommend Isabel Clifton & her team if you are wishing to market a property. Robin Gabriel

After a successful completion I can now express my upmost thanks to James, Tilly and the team. Their communication and help throughout the whole process was second to none and I could not recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much hassle for them and when it came to the paperwork, they helped and made sure we had and did everything we needed. If you are thinking of buying or selling, look no further.

18th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)Unfortunately English Homes only considered a price reduction as the way to stimulate market interest. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Feedback from the viewings was that they had properties to sell but weren’t put off by the property or the price.
28th Nov 2024 (16 weeks ago)We have been exceptionally fortunate to appoint WMT as estate agents to sell our house. All of the team provided a really positive experience during what was a long and stressful process due to issues further down the chain. From the beginning David McCaffrey shone in comparison to other estate agents who came to value the house. It is very clear that he has an immense depth of knowledge about the local area having worked in the business and in Taunton since he was very young. Subsequently he helped us to value the house realistically as opposed to getting a quick sale by valuing it too low. He was exceptionally professional, very proactive in marketing our house and compassionate. Rebecca and Emmajayne who conducted the viewings and hold the front desk position were always friendly and communicative. Once we had accepted an offer on the house we were passed on to Steve Loveday who helped us through the following 5 months. He helped manage our expectations and always spared the time to answer any of our questions with his expertise in a warm and friendly way. We felt incredibly safe in the hands of WMT and would highly recommend them to all those local to Taunton.

Communication was excellent, he really drove things forward with the sale and he was always available to help. All in all a great experience from initial valuation with George, photos with Nicki and the top man Spencer! Would thoroughly recommend George James!

Kate was brilliant in negotiating a fair price and Sonia was a joy to deal with in arranging access for surveys etc. I then dealt with Charlotte from the progressions team who has a way of making you feel calm during such a stressful time. The whole team work together so well and certainly deliver that personal touch. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.
