Whilst she was acting for the seller, she was able to help throughout the conveyancing process and proved to be a gateway between the parties. Always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole team seemed to work as one unit and were very professional in their approach. Most importantly we were kept informed of progress all the way. Special thanks to Jane for her initial steps in the process and advising us on many aspects, Shayna and Jackie on the sales side and to Charlotte in post sales. When we move next time we will have no hesitation in using Sandersons services again. Thank you

Despite our clear intentions and efforts, the process has gone absolutely nowhere. I’ve not only wasted my time but also incurred financial losses during this process." 16th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)It took us almost 2 years to sell our somewhat unusual Grade 2 listed house in central Canterbury despite many viewings and a substantial drop in the price. We were not helped by the sudden increase in interest rates and a consequent falling housing market. Strutt & Parker, and Joe Charlton in particular, were supportive and assiduous in achieving a sale. They were always professional and communication was of the highest order with careful checks on prospective buyers. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them and would certainly use them if we ever have to move again.

Matt was brilliant - communicative, understanding of our difficult situation and refreshingly honest without being pushy. The agency ensured both my ex and I were informed at every step, with regular emails and telephone calls - and no matter what I asked I was never made to feel stupid or difficult. 3rd Aug 2021 (2 years ago)Well What can i say about Gavin and his Team at Northwood. Nothing other than a fantastically professional outfit. They actually never got to sell my house for me due to it being with someone else first. But do you know they never stopped supporting me though phone calls making sure i was being treated fairly by the other party. I cannot believe how above and beyond they were willing to go to support me. It goes to show that there are some really decent people still out there. If you do one thing in your life either buying or selling i 100% recommend you use Northwood. WOW what a team. Thank you

30th Jul 2023 (11 mo. ago)PLEASE READ THIS! The agency has low standards and poor principles when it comes to honesty. We were interested on a property we found on zoopla so we call the agency to arrange a viewing. The agent said we had to wait for 2 weeks as the person in charged of the viewings was on annual leave. After 2 weeks waiting we called again and been told viewings wouldn't start for another 2 weeks. We called the office and left message but the agent never returned the call. The property was rented 2 days after. What a waste of time!
