As first-time buyers, the whole process felt pretty daunting at times, but Samantha was there every step of the way to guide us through it. She was always super helpful, quick to respond, and kept us in the loop throughout. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and she really made the whole experience so much smoother and less stressful. They didn’t hang around when organising viewings on the property and got it rented out very quickly. Would very much use this service again and they’ve happily got me as a long term customer.

The other agents assumed a position of knowing what was best without asking our view. They both valued our property a lot less than Staggs and made a mockery of their so called expertise.

From start to finish, from the marketing, house viewings, and finally to completion they made sure I was kept up date and were always available at the end of the phone to answer any of my queries. However, at Pincombes you get a lot more than that….. You Get integrity and You Get Humour….! House moving can have its ups and downs and without fail the way in which Gerald and Kim handled situations is what made the difference. I cannot thank them enough for making the process as smooth as it could possibly be. Thank you both so much, Jo

Mike’s valuation was spot on- ensuring a flurry of viewings, quickly securing a ‘proceedable’ buyer and an offer very close to asking price was negotiated. Our chain was complicated and at times fragile but Callum and Ashley deftly navigated it for us. The whole team was professional and proactive throughout.
