28th May 2025 (15 days ago)Knowledgeable, responsive, good value family estate agent. We moved to Clive Pearce having failed to sell our property for 6 months using a chain estate agency. The difference could not have been greater. The marketing was altered to appeal to our target audience, we had an offer within 3 weeks and completed within 3 months. The team worked well together and all the usual frictions of maintain and marketing an empty property were minimised. Highly recommended!

7th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)I have just completed on the sale of my property in Falmouth, and could not be more impressed by this Laskowski team. I used Chat GPT to identify the best agent in Falmouth based on reviews and other available data from Rightmove etc. Laskowski was top of the list, and they deserve that place there. I dealt with multiple members of the team and they all have a culture of straightforward honesty and problem solving which I found most refreshing. As I do not live locally I relied upon them to organise cleaners and various other things which they did efficiently and without complaint or asking for extra money. Probably the best, straightforward and most efficient agency I have ever dealt with.

21st Feb 2025 (16 weeks ago)Disclaimer: We were looking for a commercial lease and did not proceed however we were impressed with the service and communication from Thomas. We cannot report on the experience after this point. We were interested in a property in Truro and had Thomas Hewitt show us around. He arrived promptly and was respectful. He gave us clear updates each step of the way after the viewing up until the heads of terms. Unfortunately due to external circumstances we were unable to pursue the lease beyond this point, however we were impressed with such frequent updates from the agent even if it's to say when I can expect a response to the questions we asked. Thank you for your time, hopefully we can be back in the future with our financials in order.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

Continually chased solicitors and were involved in driving forward the sale, liaising with the solicitors, buyer and our the agents we were buying our new property from keeping us updated about developments.
