Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.- 4th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)We had a first class experience selling our house with Knight Frank. Jordanna and Isobel were a fantastic team, with great communication, a solid strategic approach and efficient management of the sales process. Our house was on the market for under a week before it sold and we completed in just over a month. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and would use Knight Frank again without hesitation.

18th Aug 2024 (29 days ago)Your Move Whitton have a great team on hand to support both purchase and sale in the greater Whitton area. We bought and sold through them over a 12 year period and their service remained efficient yet friendly on both occasions. Calls and queries and and fielded quickly and the team is very responsive and helpful in clarifying and grey areas. The team is also very good at mediating between buyer and seller making the process as smooth as possible. Their marketing and 3D tour are efficiently carried out at a reasonable price. I would recommend Your Move Whitton without hesitation for anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

27th Jun 2024 (12 weeks ago)Tredinnick & Bower helped me out a lot in selling my property in Hampton, specially in these tricky times. Even though it took a bit longer than I thought because of the current market conditions, they always kept me on the ropes and worked really hard in trying to find the right buyer for me. Toney and Sallyanne have wealth of experience among them and were very professional throughout in advising me what to and what not to do. Even though so many agencies came after me pestering with daily calls, I’m glad I stuck with these guys till the end and thank you once again.

13th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I decided to sell my flat with Hamptons in Teddington. They over valed my property it’s a second home , I reduced it dramatically and the offers came in . Having finally agreed a good offer I asked them to do sufficient investigation into their funds to buy and the level of borrowing. They were hopeless on this and after a month into solicitors etc . My fears came through and my sale fell through. I then put it up for rental and it was gone in three days even though I am very specific about my tenant profile . They even paid me 6 months up. front as I had two other parties prepared to do the same . My property is in A list location and premium.

I 100% recommend him as TBH selling a flat can be really tricky, he navigated the sale and it's "Difficult" bits like a true pro!! He managed to negotiate me a higher than expected sale price and I'm so grateful for his work! Also it felt throughout I was in safe hands, which is REALLY important! Thanks David! 26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.
3rd Nov 2023 (10 mo. ago)I am Chair of the Directors of a small block of flats who have recently adopted Sneller’s as our managing agent. Our representative is Pryce Bravo. Since taking over we have hit many structural problems via a survey we ordered and we’re worried that we were not fulfilling legal requirements and fire safety regulations for example. Pryce has quickly annd efficiently taken on these tasks and guided us through the new regulations . We had our AGM yesterday which he chaired and up dated residents very effectively and with good humour throughout He received a vote of thanks from everyone for his work. We are fortunate to have him.

Much has changed, and without a full UK identity—lacking electoral registration, a credit history, or a registered UK address—everyday tasks have become more digital and demanding. Thankfully, we had the support of Ellie Mullady from Chase Buchanan's Hampton Hill office, who made a world of difference in our search. Despite the 8-hour time difference, Ellie adjusted her schedule to accommodate our needs, ensuring that communication was always efficient and timely. She expertly guided us through the rental process, explaining each step with clarity and patience, knowing it would be unfamiliar to us. Ellie even helped us navigate the GoodLord app, which isn’t particularly user-friendly for returning expats. Our search involved a wide range of locations and an unusual initial tenancy period of six months. Ellie took the time to fully understand our unique requirements, offering valuable guidance and insights. Since we couldn’t view the properties in person, Ellie proactively provided detailed video tours, ensuring we had all the information needed to make an informed decision. Ellie was consistently proactive, assertive, and highly responsive, yet never pushy. 13th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can’t even express properly my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by Move Inn Estate Agents. Our experience as tenants was nothing short of a nightmare. From the outset, the agency demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and competence. We consistently encountered delays and negligence in fulfilling their basic responsibilities. Rent payments were always made on time, yet we were repeatedly harassed for late payments. The property we rented was in a deplorable state of repair. Despite numerous requests, the agency consistently failed to address urgent maintenance issues. We were forced to rectify most problems ourselves, including electrical faults that posed a serious risk to our family's safety. Had we not taken swift action, the consequences could have been catastrophic. They always laid the blame on the landlord stating the repairs are not done by the landlord. Upon checking with the landlord we found out the landlord was never intimated about any issues. Upon vacating the property, we were astonished to discover that they made fraudulent deductions from our deposit claiming £500 for “putting a new sink because the original one had scratches”. Their claims were entirely baseless, and their refusal to respond to our emails in a timely manner added insult to injury. I strongly advise anyone considering renting through them to think twice. Their disregard for tenant welfare was unacceptable. I’ve attached some of the comms on the reviews for everyone to see how badly organised they are.

Communication was exceptional; they were quick to respond to all our questions and consistently supportive of our needs for our recent house purchase. It’s a small and friendly team, and their experience, expertise and personalised service made all the difference. Thanks especially to James and Aaron, Jemina, and Nina, in particular, who was brilliant—very knowledgeable and able to make things happen quickly. House buying is a stressful time, but they definitely helped take some of the strain. Love our new home.

The estate agent Alan was fantastic, as he helped me and guided me through every stage of the process. I would 100% recommend Foxtons to everyone buying/selling a house.
