Amazing throughout the process of putting my flat on the market, extremely responsive and cordial, got me a great tenant at a great price. Also, only a few weeks after tenants moved in and I actually moved abroad, a nightmare freak accident happened at my property that required extensive repair. As mentioned, I live abroad but Landmark were there and handled it all immediately. If they were not there, I would not have been able to do anything. Can’t ask for better service! Would give 50 stars if I could.

From the initial, straight-forward and honest first meeting and valuation, through to completion, it was a pleasure dealing with Russell, David and the team. Cantell are an independent estate agents that know the Richmond market well and provide honest advice. We would happily recommend and use Cantell again if we need to in the future.

29th Oct 2015 (8 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)
20th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.

3rd Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)I am Chair of the Directors of a small block of flats who have recently adopted Sneller’s as our managing agent. Our representative is Pryce Bravo. Since taking over we have hit many structural problems via a survey we ordered and we’re worried that we were not fulfilling legal requirements and fire safety regulations for example. Pryce has quickly annd efficiently taken on these tasks and guided us through the new regulations . We had our AGM yesterday which he chaired and up dated residents very effectively and with good humour throughout He received a vote of thanks from everyone for his work. We are fortunate to have him.

Not only did they find the perfect family to buy our home of 27 years but they were there 24/7 to solve any problems that arose during this stressful process. Any call at any time was not a problem, they were there, not just on the phone but personal presence, which was amazing..again!. I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
