22nd Mar 2024 (18 weeks ago)We initially met and signed an agreement with two gentlemen, who were very convincing. We never met them again, and only found out months later that they both left the branch. Our sales instead was run by a member of the team, and we weren’t convinced with their performance or experience. None of our c40 interests and viewings turned into an offer. We felt like they were just opening our door for anyone to view with minimum follow up or effort.

This house and everyone from Parkgate Estate makes me feel warm, feel comfortable and safe every time when I get home. They are like family members who always help me and all tenants. Everyone from Parkgate and tenants, we respects to each other. Chris, Susannah and their team were all very kind and have fully responsible what they doing. They are Amazing team. He even arranged viewing appointments as per my convenience. I had to commute all the way from East london. Giving consideration, he lined up a few properties I might be interested to rent. Though in the end, I did not find my ideal lettings property via them, still i would strongly recommend them if you are in search for a property to rent . I am sure you will get the same quality for Sales also.

Ian was our primary contact who offered good advice and kept us well informed of progress. They have a good system in place to text details of viewings and they work well as a team so we felt well looked after whether we spoke to Nicole, Ian or Nick.

Even though it took a bit longer than I thought because of the current market conditions, they always kept me on the ropes and worked really hard in trying to find the right buyer for me. Toney and Sallyanne have wealth of experience among them and were very professional throughout in advising me what to and what not to do. Even though so many agencies came after me pestering with daily calls, I’m glad I stuck with these guys till the end and thank you once again.

I 100% recommend him as TBH selling a flat can be really tricky, he navigated the sale and it's "Difficult" bits like a true pro!! He managed to negotiate me a higher than expected sale price and I'm so grateful for his work! Also it felt throughout I was in safe hands, which is REALLY important! Thanks David! Moving house is never an easy process but they were so helpful, communicative and supportive - especially Kristian who was always just a quick WhatsApp message away.
