He was available at any time of the day, weekdays and weekends. Always tried to make both parties happy and his help was crucial to get the deal done as quickly and smoothly as possible. He was involved daily checking with all parties involved where things were and chasing solicitors, mortgage brokers etc. Would definitely recommend!
4th Nov 2020 (3 years ago)Gabriella helped us with our search for a flat to rent in October, 2020. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for right away. She showed us several properties that were excellent matches for our search. She kept an eye on the market for us, giving us the first viewings on new properties. We ended up renting something else but I could not recommend her more. Finding a nice home to rent in London is always challenging and Gabriella made it a great experience for us. I will definitely work again with her and this company in the future.
19th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Honesty my the worst agents I have ever dealt with. They are unprofessional, take long to fix issues and at the end of it try and steal your deposit. Thankfully I knew my rights, but they clearly take advantage of people coming from abroad. No service whatsoever. I never write reviews unless the service is absolutely diabolical and this is so. Lara the agent is especially one to be avoided.

The company has leased and managed my flat over this period, both efficiently and professionally. I have recently sold my flat, with the assistance of Andy Harris and Lily Burgering. Andy's knowledge of the market led to an offer being received early in the process, and Lily's persistence in following through with all aspects of the sale, led to a very successful outcome. Andy and Lily both communicated with me regularly, and were available for any queries I had at any time. I can highly recommend John D Wood & Co., in relation to both leasing and selling of property, and feel grateful to have had a relationship with both departments over many years.

18th Jul 2021 (2 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

Her response was so unprofessional and rude that it made me do this review. I'm impressed with how they are still in business!

Sale at Hillgate Village W8. Matthew Alexander of Harding Green couldn't have been more helpful; he was always there to answer queries and to make the sale run as smoothly as possible. He is very professional and prepared to answer calls at all times and returns them immediately. He found a wonderful buyer for my house and I am delighted with the outcome.
2nd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)I highly recommend to work with Cooper Saqs. For sure your voice will be heard and requirements considered. My recent experience with Naz has been exceptional. I would rate seven stars for her professionalism , ability to comprehend to the needs , placing one self in the shoes of the client and going above and beyond. One thing you can be rest assured she very well balances both the sides from tenant and the owner`s perspectives.

She was completely transparent in the way she operated from the start (a refreshing change from other agents) and offered us solid advice on how to get the sale done.
