29th Nov 2023 (7 mo. ago)Winkworth Notting Hill are an outstanding Agency. They have long serving staff who know the market intimately and are quite simply at the top of their game. I have had a 20 year relationship with Winkworth: - First, as a rental tenant where they showed their class by treating us with utmost care and respect. - Second, as a landlord, where Winkworth handled everything proactively and efficiently. The longest vacancy I had was one week, thanks to the expertise of the Lettings Manager Lucinda Richardson and her team. The Rental Manager, Kylie Wright, was simply amazing over many years. Her and her team handled repairs and improvements on my behalf. Honestly never set a foot wrong and was absolutely reliable. James Paravicini managed accounts efficiently and was always available for queries or extra asks. - Third, when it came time to sell. Charles Erwin helped me with strategy, flat preparation, introduced an oustanding solicitor - Samantha Blakey of Merali Beedle - and guided me through the whole process. We achieved a strong price in a tough market to someone on Winkworth's books, without having to advertise the property. I could not recommend this agency strongly enough. Over 20 years I could not fault them. They have a convenient shop front in the heart of Notting Hill on Westbourne Grove. Do yourself a favour and walk in their to consult with their team about your needs. If only all real estate agencies were as good as Winkworth Notting Hill!

24th Jul 2024 (3 days ago)Collected keys to my property 3 weeks ago, the property was in awful state with appliances missing and service from all staff was horrible since. The response I get from manager Kristel is, quote “ we’ve been through it. I said sorry. We will sort it ‘. It’s been 3 weeks, appliances are stil missing making property unliveable. We already paid a year rent of ober 150,000 pounds and now we are stuck at the company mercy to meet the contract obligations. I was told an area manager will contact me - never did. The only answer from them is ‘ tomorrow ‘ yet tomorrow hasn’t arrived for 3 weeks already. Keep your money and mental health safe - avoid this company.

From the first (of a few different) showings throughout signing for our flat, every single person we worked with at John D. Wood was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process; especially considering we were new to the unique intricacies of renting in the United Kingdom. Jessie went so far above and beyond to understand our specific needs, preferences, and timeline, and was incredibly responsive to answer any question we had. Being new to the United Kingdom and London, her knowledge of different neighbors and renting practices was hugely helpful. We never felt pressured to make a decision on a flat and appreciated her patience as we explored different options. It felt like Jessie trusted the relationship we had built and trusted the quality of their units to find a place we loved, rather than feeling the need to sell us on a place that we didn’t. That was such a refreshing experience and one that made all of the difference. We knew that if we were taking time to view a flat, it was a potential winner. Ultimately, Jessie helped us find the perfect flat that exceeded our expectations in every way. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication and genuine care for us. 10th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)I really appreciate Chestertons taking action based on the previous feedback. Agreement has since been reached and the deposit released. Previous feedback on March 2024: I've had some good and some bad experiences throughout my 1.5-year tenancy at a flat managed by Chesterons. Unfortunately it ended pretty poorly. Despite having handed over the keys at the end of January 2024, they have yet to complete the end-of-tenancy procedures and have been extremely unresponsive to email.

It's come a long way from me attending a Family Day in 1993 when I had to change my Daughters nappy on the Board Room CFC carpet!!! Facilities are amazing, Staff are lovely and the game was fantastic - 7-0 v Norwich ??????
