She was incredibly patient, took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and only showed me properties that actually matched my needs—no time wasted. Her professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. Georgina was always on hand to answer questions, explain things clearly, and keep everything moving smoothly. It felt like she genuinely cared about helping me find the right place, not just closing a deal.

Contracts are done on time, communications are straight and to the point, any issues are resolved quickly. Gian is always very helpful, professional and efficient. They are a pleasure to deal with.

24th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Terrible experience with this agency. We asked in advance if there was any construction nearby and were told no. Upon arrival, there was major noisy construction preventing us from sleeping and enjoying the terrace. Additionally, several items in the contract were not respected. Once you pay, you hear nothing more. I do not recommend this agency.

A special mention goes to Selen Hurbas, who is incredibly responsive, efficient, and always on hand to help. Communication is consistently clear, and any issues are resolved quickly and smoothly. Highly recommended!

She did a fantastic job accompanying us at each stage of the process: visits, offer, negotiation and solicitors. Shash was able to offer expert advice on the properties we were considering, the market in general, and provided a wealth of experience on refurbishment and property improvements, which made our final decision much easier. Once we had found the best home for us, she facilitated the entire negotiation and purchase process, resolving queries and concerns right through until completion. Throughout she always conducted herself with empathy, transparency and the highest standards of integrity. We could not have asked for more!

I was looked after very well by Tegan, who is very professional and thorough. She went to great lengths to arrange a viewing for the original apartment, which had already gone by the time I was available. Tegan then went above and beyond to curate a suitable alternative and arranged a viewing on the same day. This was an even better apartment, which I signed up to straight after visiting. All the paperwork was made as easy as possible l and I am looking forward to moving in. She was so helpful throughout the viewings we did, both being able to answer all our questions on the property and location, but also listening to our concerns and then making sure that subsequent viewings hit the mark. It made the whole process so easy and painless and made the experience so much better then anything we'd had before!

Once we shared our search criteria’s with Charlie, he showed us flats that matched these and allowed us online visits and also on site when we were in London. He was very reactive and super helpful.
