9th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

In particular Sal Hussein (head of sales) and the rest of the team in the sales department including Sacha. I achieved a very good price for my house, the negotiations were brilliantly handled and I am thrilled with the result (I hear the buyers are too!) thanks Sal and team!

The company has leased and managed my flat over this period, both efficiently and professionally. I have recently sold my flat, with the assistance of Andy Harris and Lily Burgering. Andy's knowledge of the market led to an offer being received early in the process, and Lily's persistence in following through with all aspects of the sale, led to a very successful outcome. Andy and Lily both communicated with me regularly, and were available for any queries I had at any time. I can highly recommend John D Wood & Co., in relation to both leasing and selling of property, and feel grateful to have had a relationship with both departments over many years.

15th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)Few years ago the agency let me a flat which was completely filthy and full of defects . When I moved in I found Condoms and rubbish under the bed , blood on the mattress, window full of dust and mud, etc, Back then I only just came to London as a naive foreigner and I was in rush to find a place to stay , I know nothing about how a rented property should look like condition wise , I don’t know about my legal right , and I was being treated like a fool by the their agent . During my one year of stay a few appliances broken because they were so old , but when I contact the agency asked for help they did nothing . And now when I look back I feel shocked how could an agency allow to rent a flat like that. How could an agency provide service like that . Shame on Curtis & Parker !

Over the past three years, the Gardiner and the staff there have been providing me professional advices on prospective purchase of property, careful services and timely preparation of the tenancy agreement including apt details as well as meticulous discharge of the tenancy conditions. Their services has always been prompt, appropriate and bespoke. Certainly the best agency in Ealing and worthy of commendation is the Gardiner.
1st May 2024 (1 day ago)Laylah Pendlebury helped me so much to turn my dream of once again having a flat in Chelsea. I loved every interaction I had with Laylah, she was smart and on the ball. She was incredibly customer focused, quick and attentive, with a lovely attitude and sense of humour. Laylah’s administrative input was seamless and I liked Wilford’s no fuss approach to navigating the references and legal contract signing. Laylah is a great listener, always keen to help and she quickly resolved the few minor concerns that I brought up, for example ensuring that all lights were on dimmer switches. I liked Laylah’s to the point style of communication, as well as always remaining super courteous and polite. Laylah delivered an outstanding service for me, and I could not be happier with my new flat. I would recommend Laylah and Wilfords to all of my friends for taking the stress out of finding a London rental.

11th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Stones Residential have no care for their tenants and are only concerned about pleasing the landlords they represent. They took ages to fix various things in our flat, including the hot water last autumn. They took very long to get back to us when we raised issues and even then we received replies that were sharp and rude, with zero empathy. Once we finally moved out they took 3+ months to resolve our dispute and continued to take 0 ownership or responsibility. Avoid at all costs.

Our main contact person is Novia and from the first date in the property she assisted us lot. As we are new comers to the UK, we did not have much idea about the rules and regulations of UK rental market and Novia explained everything in more simple manner. This was a big relief for us. After staying nearly 18 months, recently we moved to a new property as we need much spacious place. During the past 18 months Novia helped us immensely and handled our matters professionally. Finally, I would like to state that it has been pleasure to work with Novia. She is coordinated our all requests professional and friendly manner and guided us professional and friendly manner till the end of the contract. Novia, thank you very much for all the support and guidance provided by you from the first day of our stay in our previous property. Thank you and Good Luck.
11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.

As a landlord, efficient, responsive, open & transparent and they don't take commission / kickbacks on repairs (which the main agents do and always fail to mention - hence why I moved to Radstock). As a vendor they worked tirelessly going above and beyond, especially as the property had a few quirks to iron out! Can't recommend this firm more highly.
