9th Nov 2022 (2 years ago)AVOID! both as a tenant and as a landlord. I'm a tenant in a property under their portfolio, I'm facing severe lack of communication and total lack of integrity. I'm in the unfortunate situation of desperately needing to move out early due to personal health reasons. I can't move out until Maskells finds a replacement tenant. Their approach has been to try and profit from the situation, which I personally find morally wrong. Rather than trying to replace me, they are putting an out of the market price to try and squeeze extra pounds of commission without any risk, as the property is not vacant. Communication related to the process has also been lacking and not transparent. Tenants: you are better off with some other agencies. Landlords: find someone with integrity to manage your properties.

15th Dec 2024 (14 weeks ago)Just moved in one of their flats, Fred was our letting negotiator. He is a very genuine and professional guy and will highly recommend him to anyone in the future. We also met our property manager Susan, she was also very friendly and helpful. This agency truly feel like a honest and reliable family owned business which is quite special in London's market, glad we came across them.
20th Oct 2024 (22 weeks ago)Know your rights!!! The agents have absolutely no right to enter your flat without your consent. They can’t simply enter the flat with the spare keys. Tenants are not obliged to let agents do viewings. These people are simply extracting as much money as possible from the clients. They quoted me £200+ for cleaning a studio. I used my own service so they found any possible way to deduct my deposit. They simply didn’t read the check-in report and blame existing problems on me. They charged me £120 for cleaning the toilet and floor which should take less than 30 minutes.
2nd May 2024 (10 mo. ago)Few years ago the agency let me a flat which was completely filthy and full of defects . When I moved in I found Condoms and rubbish under the bed , blood on the mattress, window full of dust and mud, etc, Back then I only just came to London as a naive foreigner and I was in rush to find a place to stay , I know nothing about how a rented property should look like condition wise , I didn’t know about my legal right , and I was being treated like a fool by the their agent . During my one year of stay a few appliances broken because they were so old , but when I contact the agency asked for help they did nothing . And now when I look back I feel shocked how could an agency allow to rent a flat like that. How could an agency provide service like that . Shame on Curtis & Parker !

We rented a small office space through them, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. They were always available, incredibly responsive, and eager to help with any questions or concerns we had. The office space was not only well-maintained but also perfectly suited our needs. What stood out most was their commitment to customer satisfaction; they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process. We highly recommend Tommy and Savoy!

Renewal of my tenancy was handled quickly and professionally by my agent James. Looking forward to a continued tenancy!

The agency tried to take the money off my deposit for things like lighting bulb that was fully working or normal wear and tear. The people should stop trying to get the money off the tenants in such a disgusting way. 4th Mar 2025 (19 days ago)Absolutely unprofessional company, especially one agent called Timothy Kane. I made an offer on a flat last year which got rejected. They contacted me a year later to check if I was still interested. I made the same offer, the seller had (again) no interest. They wasted my time. And after that, they continued to reach out in the hopes of I'd go into a bidding war, that I had stated I couldn't afford. Avoid these people.

His agency stands out from the rest due to his highly personal service; we spoke with or saw only him so felt super confident he was fully engaged and invested in our sale at all times. His comms were also excellent, as were his problem-solving skills and professional partners. The photography was outstanding, with much thought taken in both the planning and execution. Highly recommended!

Very experienced and responsible - able to solve any question, particularly for a first time buyer. I personally put the viewing service way over some of the mainstream agents such as Foxtons. Moreover, although the purchase is lengthy, he has been patient all the time and constantly progressing the exchange. We moved in a ideal new home in the end. Hope more home buyers can make use of his quality service!

James French and Tim Buckley were so helpful and always available to speak on the phone. Compared to other estate agents who pass you from pillar to post, James and Tim were amazing. If I ever move house again, I will only instruct Radstock
