15th Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)Having lived in a property managed by Kubie Gold for the past 18 months, our building manager Eric has been excellent. Eric has successfully and assiduously presided over a major renovation for our entire building. He has gone the extra mile in ensuring that every little detail is covered, and the building is future-proofed with an acute appreciation for its Victorian architectural heritage. Moreover, I have found Eric to be attentive and prompt in dealing with any problems that have arisen. Having lived in the private rented sector for several years, I can honestly attest that Eric, and Kubie Gold more broadly, have exceeded my expectations in the standards to which they work. Keep up the good work!

4th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)Excellent location and neat & tidy studio apartment. We enjoyed every bit of our stay at St Christopher. Bond street station just within 2mins walk. Will definitely book again when we come back to London. Cons: staircase , no lift ; three flights of steps. Still manageable !

3rd Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I am reporting BHHS Marylebone branch to the ombudsman and am taking the unwarranted check-out charge to dispute resolution. I had a truly awful check out experience as a tenant, which showed a company who clearly is trying to take money from tenants during checkout. They overcharged me £250 and I suspect that I am not the only tenant with this experience. Furthermore, the air quality is dangerously bad in the flat. I strongly advise anyone to avoid using BHHS as a property manager. First, I read the check out procedure carefully. I had to professionally clean the flat and the carpet (albeit not steamed clean). I hired a company with good reviews who also said that they can quickly come back if there are any complaints. Then BHHS Marylebone, several days after receiving the check out report, tells me that the flat was not perfectly clean. This happened around noon. I quickly responded that the company I paid can quickly come back and resolve any issues. On the pictures, the work was quite minor. The cleaning company confirmed this. However, Michael at BHHS refused to reply to them and insisted on using another company. It was bizarre that he ignored them persistently. To me it seemed obvious that he wanted to use another company - I don’t know the motivation behind this but they kept on referring to this company before moving out. The company I used is well established and could have come back. He simply ignored them and hired another cleaning company to clean up there and charged me £250 for it. He did this despite several emails from me (and the professional cleaning company that I used) confirming that this can be resolved quickly. He clearly wanted to use another professional firm - but I don’t understand his reason for this. I suspect that they do this to other tenants too. In essence, we were stolen £250 for something which the cleaning company could have promptly fixed that we hired. Furthermore, for weeks before moving out I told them that the air quality in the flat is extremely bad. We had an air quality measured that confirmed that. I think it comes from a very old carpet which also had carpet moth. We used to sleep really poorly and have bad allergies in the old flat and this has now disappeared in the new house. We told BHHS about the terrible air quality but I doubt that they have shared my concerns with the new tenants. Thus be careful with BHHS, especially the Marylebone branch
12th Apr 2024 (4 weeks ago)Worst managing agents EVER! Don't let Daniel Watney near your property! Our building has been left in a terrible state since DW took over management. Crime takes place in front of the CCTV we pay for and DW can't even access the footage we are paying for - they tell us we have to somehow get the videos for ourselves and take it to the police! Flooding, insurance claims, resident disturbance in the night, stuff everywhere, gross common areas, violation of planning laws...you're on your own and DW won't even respond to emails or calls.

We're ecstatic at the results delivered, and Amir has been completely transparent and consultative along the way. We have already been recommending Foxtons to our friends who are going on the market!

They were both accommodating and flexible and I ended up with a great flat. Available to answer any questions and even post-move, have made it clear they’re on hand to help. 10/10 service.
19th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Property on the market for over 6 months only 4 viewings felt like they forget about selling our property. They didn't stay in contact with us and there only advice was to drop the asking price, we might have considered a lower price but they needed to generate interest through there marketing. We haven't sold our property yet and are considering our options.

28th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Razieh was an absolute dream to work with! I am moving to London next week and securing a flat had gotten down to the wire. I wanted to find a place before I land. I submitted request over the weekend on GLP’s website. Razieh responded first thing Monday morning and sent me a flat that was better than the ones I picked. She offered and virtually toured it for me same day. As of today, I officially have a flat in London! Now, I can truly be excited for my overseas move. Thank you Razi, for your kindness, promptness, and amazing work!

30th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)My partner and I are very grateful to Mr. Kwang Ku, who has been very friendly and helpful from the first moment we contacted him about the property we were interested in. Previously, many agencies were uninterested because we have a dog, but Mr. Kwang was very kind and did his best to talk to the landlord and give us the opportunity, and he was very attentive in resolving all of our concerns and keeping in touch. It was a pleasure meeting him and I'm glad Saks Agency has such a wonderful worker. Thank you very much

Edward is very responsive professional agent ..I know the whole Team for many years and I'm glad I came back to the Wedgewood again as the result to sell my flat is achieved and I'm happy ..The Sale progression was dealt with a professional way as well .Many thanks !!!

The offer was accepted in writing. While we were sorting out soliciting etc, took about a week because it was over Eastern, Elliot let other interested parties view the property without us knowing it and then we got a phone call after eastern saying that now someone else had purchased the property. So, if you deal with Pilgrims and Elliot Griffin, an accepted offer doesn't mean anything. Be aware!
20th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)They are thief’s, i rented out property from this agency, where fire occurred due to neighbours fault, my propery affected due to that, they promised me to find alternative accommodation and then left me on road without any accommodation, then they didn’t not allowed me to access property to collect my stuff while they given access to thier contractor, when i went for collection at the end after counless calls and emails, i found most of valueable items missing from property, when i inquired from them they said they don’t know anything about it. they were the one only had access to property ,my other remaining stuff was all damaged due to water. Sharon from Leytonstone branch is biggest manipulator, she try to act smart and play political games, i m in process of legal action now . i have instructed solicitors now and i am taking them to the court now i would advise everyone to avoid these thieves. *update* reply to stretton comment Sharon and zita both aware and admitted they took photos of the item and would like to match , then later on zitta said she didn’t took photos of right angels,i can post all emails correspondence screen shot here. Alternative property link they are claiming they provided those were taken from zoopla which i could have find myself. They are absolutely joke. I m in process to take this further and definitely expose them and thier contractors.

Our main contact person is Novia and from the first date in the property she assisted us lot. As we are new comers to the UK, we did not have much idea about the rules and regulations of UK rental market and Novia explained everything in more simple manner. This was a big relief for us. After staying nearly 18 months, recently we moved to a new property as we need much spacious place. During the past 18 months Novia helped us immensely and handled our matters professionally. Finally, I would like to state that it has been pleasure to work with Novia. She is coordinated our all requests professional and friendly manner and guided us professional and friendly manner till the end of the contract. Novia, thank you very much for all the support and guidance provided by you from the first day of our stay in our previous property. Thank you and Good Luck.
I rented through Benson’s for over two years and they were brilliant. Maria particularly was exceptional. Quick to sort any problems, easy to get hold of, reliable, knowledgeable and great to deal with. Have come across terrible estate agents before, but Benson’s isn’t one of them! I’d recommend them without hesitation.
