7th May 2024 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend you avoid any dealings with this agency. By far, they are the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Communication is awful, listening skills are even worse, and their lack of efficiency, combined with false hope will exhaust all your energy. You will only manage to get in touch with them after numerous calls. Looking at other reviews, it's clear I am not the first or the last to of experienced this. They are extremely untrustworthy, unreliant, and disorganised. Their communication style will send you dizzy, as they attempt to waffle you off the phone to avoid any dealings.

I have been a broker for 22 years and can honestly say that the speed in which Richard has turned this matter around has been impressive! I wish you a very successful 2023!

Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no sense of responsibility made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell – they caused more problems than they solved.
