4th Jun 2026 (16 days ago)We have used Waters and Co for many years now — from buying our first home in 2003, to wills and house deeds, and very sadly settling my Mom’s estate after her passing in 2020. Everything was handled in the most gentle, sensitive, and professional manner. We have always dealt with Teresa, who is so helpful, calm, and thorough. No question is ever too silly and believe me, we have asked plenty! We are incredibly grateful to have such a hands-on team who deal with everything to such a high standard. 15th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)On viewing a property that we were buying there was a bad leak I advised Colin at House & Home and it was not passed onto the vendors and when he handed over the property to me the ceiling had fallen down from the leak he literally gave me the keys and ran with running water from the ceiling absolutely disgusting handling of a huge problem spent £930 to have emergency work. Never ever would I recommend them to anyone. Photos of how he handed me the property even tried to blame my builder who had no access to the property. We are hard working people and this house is where I’m staying while my mum fights aggressive breast cancer this was the last thing I needed. Posted by Mrs R Kirk

He gave a thorough explanation of the selling process and his excellent photographs facilitated a subject to contract sale within a week. All our dealings with Castle Bromwich branch have been exemplary. We would have no hesitation in recommending this agency.

He was professional, made us very welcome and caring, talked my daughter through everything, even gave me daughter some very good "fatherly" advice. Nothing was too much trouble for Bash. Thank you so much Bash for getting my daughter the house she wanted without any hassle or hiccups. Bash, we both want to thank for all your help and my daughter thanks you from the bottom of heart for the "fatherly" advice which she has taken on board and us helping her more than you'll ever know. 26th Apr 2020 (6 years ago)At first they were really helpful, but after a few weeks we heard nothing from them. They were rarely able to do viewings, so we had to do them ourselves. There was no feedback unless we telephoned them. We were told that a specific person would be dealing with our home, but this person changed 5 times! There seemed to be obvious problems within the staff. We are very disappointed. After the lockdown we shall be changing our agent.
3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)We knew we were selling at a lower price but they found a buyer quickly and knowing there were no estate agency fees or solicitors fees brought the price closer to what we had hoped for.
