9th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Paul and Stuart were both pleasant and knowledgeable, however the sales process was slow and lengthy with the sale finally going through at the third attempt, having endured two complete time wasters. I was disappointed that the selling price was much lower than the initial valuation and felt it was over estimated initially in order to successfully obtain the listing. That being said, it doesn't detract from the respect and tolerance afforded me by Adams & Rose.
17th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Tailor Made considering the challenging market have done a great job at selling our home, Josh who sold for us and the whole team are extremely professional and respectful. We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !- 10th Sep 2026 (17 days ago)Palmer Snell in Upton were very efficient and helpful. I found that they were very communicative and responsive. Their help saved me a lot of trouble as I was a long distance seller. I would not hesitate to sell through them again as we achieved more than the asking price in a difficult market.

Emails sent to Anthony repeatedly go unanswered, and getting through on the phone is a constant struggle. On one occasion, I spoke with Magda and gave her details regarding our purchase, but no action was ever taken. To make matters worse, Anthony scheduled a second viewing for my husband, forgot about it entirely, and left the seller to conduct the viewing herself.<br>?Due to the total lack of transparency and responsiveness from Palmer Snell, we were forced to contact the vendor directly. Unsurprisingly, she is just as dissatisfied with their service as we are.<br>?I must highlight the abysmal service from Anthony, the office manager. We found him to be arrogant, rude, argumentative, and overly dismissive when discussing structural and building queries. The experience has been so stressful that I can no longer bring myself to speak to the office, leaving my husband to handle all communication. If this transaction falls through, it will be entirely down to the agent’s incompetence.<br>?While there seem to be positive reviews for their lettings department, the sales team is a completely different story. Their lack of honesty, professionalism, and basic customer care is deeply frustrating. Whether you are buying or looking to instruct an agent to sell your home, I strongly advise avoiding Palmer Snell. In the future, any property listed with them will be an immediate red flag for us.

11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

11th Oct 2025 (11 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

In particular, Sarah really took the time to understand our needs and also those of our buyer. Their very different approach produces results, with excellent drone footage, social media teasers and overall attention to detail.<br>All requests were met with professionalism and a refreshing sense of urgency. A brilliant communicator and genuinely everything you’d want from an estate agent when selling your home. If you’re in the Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole area and looking for someone to sell your property, we’d definitely recommend Justyn.

Nothing was ever an issue for Beckie and if we had any questions she was able to provide us with all the answers with a professional and yet friendly approach which put us at ease. He kept us updated every step of the way, was always available to answer any questions, and made the whole process feel much less stressful than we expected.<br><br>He was friendly, professional, and thorough throughout. Whenever we needed to talk something through, he was always at the end of the phone and took the time to explain everything clearly. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br><br>Josh managed to find us a fantastic mortgage deal and kept everything moving smoothly from beginning to end. Buying and selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but he put us at ease and made the whole experience as painless as possible.<br><br>He is a real credit to Austin and Wyatt / Countrywide, and we wouldn't hesitate to use him again in the future.
