30th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Having never sold a house at auction before, especially one that was over 100 miles from where I live, I expected the process to be fraught with angst!<br>However, Meredith and the rest of the team went above and beyond to explain the process, and provide guidance, support and advice during the process and to bring the sale to a successful conclusion ...thank goodness!<br>Thank you to Meredith and the team - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

26th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Stuart was very rude from the beginning, we felt he rushed us every-time we viewed the property. We were first time buyers, so didn’t really know what to expect. we didn’t feel Stuart was professional and was quite patronising. Stuart told us when we viewed the property the first time, not to get a survey because it had recently had one and everything was fine. We did have a survey done and there were lots of things needing doing, he just wanted the house sold! He had no patience and didn’t seem interested with the important questions we asked him. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with Stuart from Adam’s and rose!
17th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)Tailor Made considering the challenging market have done a great job at selling our home, Josh who sold for us and the whole team are extremely professional and respectful. We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

11th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

They gave sound advice and a genuine valuation. They were very quick in answering any questions that we had and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Justyn is very professional, knowledgeable and has all of the necessary experience (and more) to help you with your property sale / purchase. He works with you, rather than the usual chain agency jargon you get sold. He has sold two of our properties now and definitely contributes to the smooth running of the process. He’s very involved throughout and goes above and beyond. Once again, thank you Justyn for all of your hard work.
26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Moved in 2022, fire alarms not fitted just left in kitchen cupboards, mouldy and broken white goods left in place, thick mould on floors and walls. Was told it was inspected and nothing to worry about. Didn’t mind as we agreed we could carry out work to make the flat liveable and we love the area so moved in. In two years we have replaced our furniture over 4 times due to mould. 2024 come to move out, baring in mind we have spent over £1000 on flooring and decorating, carter shaw phone to tell me the decorating is not great. The walls are literally falling down and furry with mould, despite us cleaning them every week, which we have emailed countless times about to no avail. I also have doctors notes stating mould as a cause for an asthma attack. If Carter Shaw would like to say any of this is a lie I can attach emails and pictures. Avoid!
30th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)By far the best Estate Agent in Parkstone. From the get go George showed a huge interest in our property and really believed in the interest he could get. We really valued his enthusiasm and optimism as well as his local market knowledge.<br><br>Having the regular Whatsapp updates is a great feature and we could easily keep in contact with George and Jack.<br><br>We had a good amount of interest within 2-3 weeks and achieved a fast sale.<br><br>Really happy with the service we got from Enfields and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
7th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Thank you to Hive & Partners in Ferndown Dorset Massive thanks to Nick Beavan who provided exceptional knowledge and support and above all great communication throughout The sale took around 5 months and there were many delays and hoops to jump through but Nick kept the momentum up and went above and beyond in order to get the sale secured and was just as pleased as us when he handed us the keys to our Cottage of dreams ……. Thank you again Nick and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and your Team Lynn Kelly at Old Cottage

Her communication was consistently excellent, and we never experienced a single issue. We even received a small welcome gift in the property, which made it feel like home straight away. I would highly recommend this estate agent.
