11th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Pocock and Shaw handled the sale of my flat extremely well and at a decent price. They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.
29th May 2020 (6 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

From the very beginning, the team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Buying a house can be a stressful process, but they made everything much smoother with their excellent communication and support throughout. A special thank you to Caroline, who went above and beyond to assist us at every stage. Her dedication, patience, and prompt responses kept us informed and reassured throughout the purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her positive attitude made a real difference during what can often be a challenging journey. We are incredibly grateful for all the help and support we received and would highly recommend Cheffins Haverhill to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Having the team on What's App makes a big difference as when a problem arises, as inevitably it does, they are there like your own friends to try and help solve the issue. Very professional, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. With this agent you are not just a number to get rid of, they go out of their way to make things smooth. Plus their photography is great.

We viewed a lot of properties before we found our home and out of the many estate agents we had to deal with hockeys were always brilliant. They were constantly on time, had answers to our queries and not pushy. If your looking to sell a property I would recommend using them, from a buyers prospective couldn’t fault them.
