18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

23rd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Took ages to resolve issues with the property including essential ones. Coming at the property every few months to take photos indoors, felt very invasive.
18th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Had a very positive experience using Brinsons to let my property. Megan Cannon and Abigail Bright kept me well informed and answered all my questions of which there were many being a 1st time landlord. They are very knowledgeable and i would recommend them both.

We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

Potential buyers were identified quickly and timely updates were provided throughout the process without me needing to ask or follow up. The staff at Olivia Louise were very friendly. I particularly liked the ability to communicate through different channels which made fitting the house sale process around a busy job much less stressful! I highly recommend Olivia Louise and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!!

From start to finish, the service we received was absolutely outstanding, and a huge part of that was down to Charlene and Alice.<br><br>Charlene was incredible throughout the entire process of finding a buyer and securing our sale. Her dedication, commitment and communication were second to none. She worked tirelessly every step of the way, and even when she was on holiday, she continued to go above and beyond to keep everything moving and keep us informed. It was clear that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome for us, and we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication.<br><br>Alice, the director, was equally fantastic. She liaised with all parties involved, handled numerous obstacles with real professionalism and made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel far more manageable. Her calm, confident approach gave us reassurance throughout, and she seemed to find a solution to every challenge that arose.<br><br>Selling a property is never straightforward, and our sale certainly had its fair share of hurdles. However, the determination, expertise and teamwork shown by Charlene and Alice were exceptional. They consistently went above and beyond what we would ever have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Fine & Country should be incredibly proud to have these two ladies representing them. 30th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)M2 were always very responsive when I needed anything and I felt very looked after for both the sale and purchase of a home. They felt honest, didn't play any games, and understood that moving home is stressful and didn't add any more stress than necessary. I was also impressed that they didn't pester or harass, like I've seen other agents do. I would definitely recommend.

1st Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.

They kept me informed every step of the way regarding viewings, offers and sale. Overall they were first class.
