Always had fab tenants and kept updated to by the team . In latter years have also sold property as now wanting to retire and again have been kept informed on the process . I do not hesitate to recommend letting2sales to anyone thinking of letting or selling and thank Mike , Hannah and Sarah and Sue now retired for many years of great service thank you all .

From my first enquiry to securing my new home, the team were friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. They were always prompt with communication, kept me updated at every step, and went the extra mile to answer my questions especially with viewings and negotiations. The staff’s local market knowledge and supportive approach made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell a property in Cardiff excellent service all around!

On this occasion the house , while in a nice area, was a little too small for my needs. I will stay in touch with Joseph and the Caerphilly branch of Peter Alan and see what properties become available.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.

20th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)Booked in for a valuation Saturday. The person I originally spoke to on the phone verified with the agent that they were happy to do the Saturday. Rang me back to say they’re happy to. Had two emails confirming the valuation was going ahead - all the correct details. Had to travel for an hour to the property and waited, no one turned up. No apology, reschedule request or anything. Even today when they’re open I haven’t received any communication.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Life threw quite a few curveballs our way, but Dane consistently turned those lemons into the most delicious lemonade! Dane's commitment was unwavering. He arranged and communicated countless viewings, always keeping me informed and up-to-date with feedback and responses. His professionalism was outstanding, and his communication was consistently excellent. I know I put Dane through his paces, and he earned every penny! What truly set Dane apart was his unique approach. I was genuinely touched by his hand-written letter, a personal touch you rarely see these days. And the tea bag he included? It made a truly delightful cup of tea! Honestly, Dane is the best estate agent anyone could ask for. I've already recommended him to my friends because I want them to experience the same 5-star service. He's an absolute asset to his company.

From the very first viewing to completion, she was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive. Ria was always on hand to answer my questions, chase updates, and keep everything moving forward. Buying a home can be stressful, but her communication, attention to detail, and friendly approach made the whole experience much smoother. She went above and beyond to make sure I was informed at every stage and never made me feel like just another transaction. What really stood out was her responsiveness and genuine willingness to help. Whether it was arranging viewings, liaising with solicitors, or checking in on progress, Ria handled everything efficiently and with a positive attitude.
