They called to book a valuation, then called again the before, Helela the manager demanded to know what changes had been made before she would bother herself to come out .. I merely asked why she was asking since she was coming anyway to see the house. Case of being too sensitive or bored. Now she won't get to see the house. Will find another estate agent. Did tell her (she's the manager) that I would be writing this review. Unprofessional is an understatement in this case. All she had to do was just confirm the visit - but oh no, she needed a long conversation - to which I said whats the point of coming for a visit then? I could have told you about the house in exchange for a viewing! ?????????????????? They sold me the house and the sale went badly...to start with, this was their second chance. I shall be using different agents as I find these either lacking knowledge, needing to gossip and totally be not professional - I had to pay twice for a survey as they did not get permission from the seller after the sale, to let the surveyor in! Think on that before using them! I am disappointed in myself for giving Helena a second chance. ??????

They keep me informed, provide clear inspection reports, give me confidence that the property is being properly looked after, and help ensure I get value for money by working with effective yet competitive contractors.<br><br>Highly recommended.
2nd May 2026 (13 weeks ago)As a first time buyer, the team made me feel at ease with the whole process from start to finish. From the first time I booked a viewing (I viewed quite a few, too!) to completion, every person I spoke to was so helpful. Kept informed of everything throughout and nothing was too much trouble. If I ever come to sell in the future, I know where I’ll be coming. Thanks to all the team!

Great service from start to finish - from making an appointment, viewing property to going through the buying process. Highly recommend buying a house from them.

29th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)The 10Homes team were great. They found the right buyers, chased the sale and completion transaction through thoroughly. As an added benefit they worked well with tenants in organising viewings, provided solutions to small repairs, and cooperated with our letting agents.
16th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)I would highly recommend, without reservation, Moscrops as a letting agent.<br><br>My wife and I had previously employed another Wirral letting agent to manage 2 properties over a number of years. They were chosen by default as we had bought one of the properties through their sales department.<br><br>As long as the rent was paid we presumed all was well....until a tenant vacated property 1 without returning the keys. Given the let's condition, it was clear there had been no regular inspections. The repair costs and other related bills exceeded £15,000.<br><br>After many weeks undertaking the repairs ourselves and determined not to repeat our mistake, we considered our options.<br><br>Having worked Moscrops some years ago, I realised they would be an obvious choice. Coincidentally, former neighbours, who own a good sized property portfolio, concurred that Moscrops had provided them with the best service of all the Wirral agents they had employed.<br><br>Moscrops professionalism, helpfulness and attention to detail could not be in more marked contrast to our previous agent. If we had appointed them earlier, their advice and guidance could have saved us considerable time and money renovating property 1. With their help, property 2 was cost effectively restored to marketable condition.<br><br>We have appreciated their:<br><br>Genuine approachability and friendliness.<br><br>Comprehensive and thorough letting documentation and 'by the book' checks to ensure full and ongoing compliance with letting regulations.<br><br>Access to a pool of vetted trades people to quickly turn properties around and maintain them at reasonable cost.<br><br>Thorough and considered marketing and vetting of tenants.<br><br>Tax compliant breakdowns of rent and charges on a monthly basis.<br><br>Regime of regular property inspections.<br><br>Moscrops have restored our faith in having a managing agent. Both properties are now let and we look forward to a long and productive relationship.<br><br>Thank you.

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
