3rd Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Purchased an office chair recently, came incomplete, missing the whole middle part that puts everything together (see photo). The description did not mention anything about it being incomplete, it just stated "LAZBOY OFFICE CHAIR". The photos did not indicate that there would be missing parts. Now I'm out £168 and pieces of a chair. Please be careful and don't bid to avoid dissapointment and financial burdens.

6th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT USE: Absolutely shocking customer service, staff are rude and belittling. Concerns are not dealt with in a timely or effective manner. Staff have frequently hung the phone up and they have no urgency or understanding of maintenance issues. I would highly recommend you use a different estate agent. We have had sewage left in our garden for weeks, multiple leaks throughout the house with the maintenance team they sent using toilet paper to block gaps in the shower. The list of issues is endless.

30th Jan 2024 (12 weeks ago)Had the absolute worst experience with Sutton Kersh - avoid!! I was purchasing my first house through them and it took around 28 weeks to get the keys from when my offer was accepted. I felt like I constantly had to chase them and was never given an update, I feel like I was always having to offer up potential solutions, the manager was always condescending probably because I’m young/a first time buyer. I was consistently told “it’s just a lengthy process” and 26 weeks into the sale the manager told me “there’s nothing anyone in this office can do for you” - even though at this point the seller and their solicitor had made the case a priority as it has been going on for so long. Once I was told to wait till the end of the week for an update, called back and the manager simply said “no, nothing in the inbox” and I had to ask if she was going to do anything about it or if she was just going to sit and wait potentially several more weeks for a response, she wasn’t very willing to help unless pressed and I feel like her attitude and overall level of service were shockingly bad, I couldn’t believe that she was the manager. After the sale, the seller was reimbursing something their solicitor was meant to pay for but mine charged me for, I sent an email about this to ask them to contact the seller and I never heard back, they didn’t care once the sale was through. However, on the other hand, months into the sale my case was handed over to Mary Kate and she was amazing, her personally I would give 5 stars to. I called so many times and sent so many emails and she was always happy to help and seems like she actually did her job in chasing the seller and trying to get the sale through, rather than just sitting back waiting for a response and hoping something would change. She never made me feel like I was being unreasonable by calling for an update and never minimised the situation, in all honestly think she would be a much better manager.

They explained processes and procedures without 'blinding me with science' and kept in touch to provide up-dates of how things were progressing in the 'chain'. I would definitely recommend Lesley Hooks to anyone looking for a pain-free service when buying or selling.
16th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Brian Davies and wife Linsey (West Kirby Office) could not have been more helpful since I purchased my late son’s house. If I do not know what to do I phone Brian or walk to the West Kirby Office and both of them do their best to sort out what ever is a worry to me.

29th Dec 2023 (17 weeks ago)I am SO glad I chose Bradshaw Farnham & Lea. The biggest appeal is that they were local to Wirral specifically, so had great local market knowledge and had even sold houses in my close. Lee and the team were terrific communicators—I knew about bookings and offers straight away, and they provided lots of advice about the offers received. They’ve also been great with communicating with solicitor.

Jonathan Harper took direct personal control over the sale and saw it through smoothly from start to finish. This involved a number of additional items such as hiring a skip and arranging clearance of debris. Jonathan provided a superb and prompt service throughout, kept me informed at all stages to keep my mind at rest and achieved a sale at full valuation.
23rd Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)We purchased a property from Kingtons. They were very professional at all stages of the purchase. Their customer service was faultless - answering all queries swiftly. The purchase was complete in less than 5 weeks. We were kept informed at all stages even during completion and collection of keys.- 1st Jun 2022 (1 year ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.
