Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to address all of our concerns and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. We really appreciated his clear communication and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing a party wall surveyor.

Our house received multiple bids over the asking price and was sold without two weeks. Stress free and actually enjoyable, which I didn't think was possible. Very happy and highly recommended.

Whenever we had any issues at the property, he sent an engineer promptly and sorted them out on the day. We lived in another rented property before, but their maintenance system was the best. We have never had that high quality of service from any other estate agency. After we left the property, we coincidentally met him and saw him helping people. This tells you how kind he is. We recommend Fine Homes to anyone looking for a good property in Warwick. Thank you :)

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages.
