Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to address all of our concerns and made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. We really appreciated his clear communication and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing a party wall surveyor.

27th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Terrible to deal with. Poor communication and very questionable practices of gazumping, asking for unofficial deposits & contract races - totally unethical. I found them to be very obnoxious and demeaning to the point where I just gave up trying to purchase through them. Nobody wants to do business under these circumstances and I really feel for the inexperienced graduates that they employ as it's a poor example of professionalism to pass on to the next generation.

1st Aug 2026 (11 days ago)We had heard that selling a house is a stressful experience. However we found that it isn’t, if GianFranco at Hortons is acting for you! From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages. We can very highly recommend using the dedicated and lovely team of staff at Harts.
