Kerry and Chloe went above and beyond to help; they communicated every viewing and the associated feedback promptly and worked harder than our solicitors to ensure the sale process proceeded as smoothly and quickly as possible! I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property as I was impressed by their knowledge, expertise and work at every stage.

24th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)A Fantastic service from all at Elizabeth Davenport, Nick was fantastic from the start restoring our faith in Estate Agents he was always straight talking and more importantly kept in touch with us even when there was nothing to report. Michael was brilliant with the viewings especially as we had already moved out.. The person we were most impressed with (Sorry Nick & Michael ????????????) was Kelly from the sales progression team, boy she knows her stuff… She kept on top of everyone in the chain both the other agents and the solicitors, she knew more about what was going on and when than our solicitor. From start to finish, the whole journey has been fantastic, and the level of service has been far beyond what I expected.<br><br>A special thank you to Fran, who has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. Her communication has been clear, honest and consistent every step of the way. Unlike your average estate agent, Fran genuinely cares about her clients and always went out of her way to keep me updated even when there wasn’t much to report. I never had to chase for information because she was always one step ahead, making sure I knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>There were never any pressure tactics just honest advice, professionalism, and genuine support from someone who clearly takes pride in her work. A huge credit also goes to Fran’s wonderful team, who were equally friendly, helpful and professional throughout. It’s clear they all work together to provide an exceptional service and truly put their clients first.<br><br>If you’re looking to buy or sell a property, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The team are all friendly yet professional. Oliver has exceptional local knowledge of the area and is honest and realistic about pricing properties to sell. Ray was fantastic in keeping us up to date, he excels in communicating effectively and regularly. Margetts are a good example of the importance of using a local estate agent, it really makes a huge difference to the overall process. We have previously used Margetts as our letting agent and again they excelled in keeping us informed and streamlining any issues in a solution focused manner.
