13th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Good communication throughout the process
21st Oct 2026 (12 days ago)We sold our house in Scotland and Katie Wright managed the process for us.

Katie kept us well informed at every stage of the sale, which as we live in Australia was important to us. Delivery of the sale was absolutely on time, and Katie's liason with our buyers solicitor was exemplary.

I cannot recommend her and Ralph Sayer enough.
28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Accesible, helpful and totally understandable person attend all my doubts about living my flat.
Thank you!
22nd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Excellent service. Stayed back after hours to help us. We felt we were kept in a loop all the time, communication was clear and frequent. We felt they were on our side and did everything they could to make a house purchase stress free. Shout out to Scott and Fiona specifically. We have originally with different solicitors and had a bad experience. Glad we have swapped to Connor Malcolm. Top marks.

11th Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Robert Cran won my business by his honesty and attentive customer focus. Also the price quote was very favourable. Going forward with the house sale, Robert couldn't have been better, keeping me updated throughout the whole process, it was outstanding service and second to none. Thanks to the experience I received from Drummond Miller through Robert, I intend to use them again very soon when I sell my parents' house. Highly recommend without reservation
13th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)Elaine, Glenn and Georgie were fantastic from start to finish. Their professionalism, consistent communication and proactive approach made the sale of our house smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
12th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)We had exceptional service from Thorntons from start to finish. Our house sold in 4 weeks and the sales team were just so professional. Communication throughout the process was excellent and once we accepted the offer on our house the legal team at Thorntons were equally exceptional. Our solicitor was always on hand to answer our questions and provide us with best advice. Thank you for taking the stress out of selling a house!
18th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Thoroughly professional, friendly attentive and informative throughout - WELL DONE, AND MANY THANKS TO ALL THE TEAM ????????

26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Neilsons made selling our property a seamless experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Eileen kept us informed regularly and her honest, informed advice meant we could trust our property was in good hands
15th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)I was initially nervous about selling my property for the first time, but choosing Neilson’s Estate Agents made all the difference. From my first meeting with Lewis Hunter and my early contact with Suzie Steenkamp, I felt completely at ease and confident moving forward. A special mention goes to Rhonda Gunn, my Property Sales Negotiator, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She communicated with me quickly and consistently—often daily—and always kept me fully updated. Thanks to the team’s hard work, I had a high number of viewings and even received an early offer. A huge thank you to the whole Neilson’s team for making the experience smooth, supportive, and successful.
8th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Ninety were brilliant from start to finish never had to chase them up for enformation always kept me updated would definitely recommend
31st Oct 2026 (2 days ago)Stephen from Cullerton’s was very knowledgeable and made the process of selling my flat very smooth. Would use again if I’m ever back in the Edinburgh area.
30th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Gibson has given exceptional service, and we would recommend them to anyone.
4th Aug 2026 (13 weeks ago)I have used their services for both the purchase and sale of my property, and I highly recommend them.

Andrew is always available, easy to approach, and very quick to respond. He secured viewings at the earliest opportunities, negotiated effectively, and worked hard to secure the best possible deal for his clients.

He is honest and transparent with his feedback and provides valuable recommendations throughout the process. He genuinely goes the extra mile to secure the deal and get things done.

Another great benefit is the additional services they offer at fixed fees. This provides complete transparency and avoids any ambiguity around costs.

Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
30th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)Marie provided excellent service tailored to our needs. She showed good knowledge of the local area and market and was always available for any queries.
15th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Overestimated price at quote stage and advised a lower one as soon as home report valuation was received, suggesting upset price 10k below valuation. Little feedback on website viewing figures unless I phoned to request it. Support for property viewings and feedback from viewers was reasonable. Once an offer was received, I had to email and phone Thornton's legal team repeatedly to chase progress. Title deeds were already held by Thornton's, but it took two weeks to scan and email them to the solicitor, delaying written acceptance of the offer beyond the deadline given by the buyer. Solicitor handling my case seemed to think this was normal and deadlines for acceptance of offers were usually ignored. Sale is not yet complete, but I would avoid using the same company for estate agency and legal services in future. It seems to encourage complacency and inefficiency, the opposite of what I expected.
