20th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)That nice
14th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We felt constantly pressured and pushed into decisions that suited the buyers, not us. It seemed like all they cared about was what the buyers wanted, while our concerns were repeatedly ignored, even though we were paying substantial fees. At no point did we feel our side was truly heard or represented. I would never use this agency again, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid them too.
20th May 2024 (2 years ago)Inexperienced agent, no idea of area & how to market within
30th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)I've bought and sold several houses and never come across an agent as good as this. Everyone I dealt with in the office was fantastic - efficient, professional, helpful - but Geoff in particular was an absolute star. Usually my experiences with estate agents are tolerable at best, but D. R. Kivell was a pleasure to work with, even when it got a bit rough at the end. I can't speak for the seller they represented, but certainly when dealing with us as buyers it was clear that they were looking out for her interests too, and they were extremely fair and up front throughout the process. If I ever sell the beautiful house they sold to me, they would be my first choice of agent. I can't recommend them highly enough.
13th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Great Service from Andy Bridgeman from Helmores . Easy to contact for queries and very efficient with organising the letting of our property . It was a new venture for us so a bit nervous about it but Andy made it a stress free process . Thank you !
11th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)The team at Salisbury’s have made what is a very stressful experience a little easier. They have been available to answer any queries and acting on our behalf to speed up communication with our solicitor. We would highly recommend them.
14th Oct 2022 (4 years ago)We have recently sold our property through Kivells and overall have been very happy with the service offered by everyone at Kivells. Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation. For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around. Communication from the whole team, including Jack and Katrina was excellent and Sharron has also been very helpful as we have progressed towards exchange of contracts. Thank you very much.

2nd Oct 2025 (1 year ago)Greg came to our bungalow and gave us a very competitive valuation. With on going follow ups Elsie could not have been more helpful when we had some snags with our buyers Solicitor. The Launceston office are so helpful and I couldn’t recommend them more highly
18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)We cannot thank Jack Alford from Kivells Estate Agents enough for the exceptional service he provided in selling our property. From the very beginning, his communication was outstanding. He kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, was always quick to respond, and ensured we felt supported every step of the way.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for Jack. He was professional, approachable, and proactive, always willing to go the extra mile to help. His efficiency and swift handling of every aspect of the sale helped make what could have been a stressful experience run as smoothly as possible.

Jack's dedication, expertise, and commitment to achieving the best outcome for us were evident from start to finish. We are incredibly grateful for all of his hard work and would highly recommend Jack Alford and the team at Kivells to anyone looking to sell their property. A truly first-class service and a pleasure to work with.- 16th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)A massive thank you to all the team at Stags, Bideford for getting our sale and purchase over the line. It was excellently handled and big thanks to Zara whose client skills are superb and Adrian Tinker for continuing optimism and support. This is the 4th move sale/purchases using Stags - and although we don’t plan another for a very long time - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend
15th May 2026 (24 weeks ago)We are grateful for all the help and time that Fine and Country gave us selling our house. It was quite a journey but they were very professional and were by our side every step of the way. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing to sell their house.

31st Mar 2024 (2 years ago)If you want an estate agent who treats you as an individual, goes the extra mile to sell your property then use Sensible Move. Their rates are competitive as well.
EweMove Sales & Lettings - North Devon
Bridgewater House,The Square ,Barnstaple, Devon, EX32 8LS

11th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm. They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do.... As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's. Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.
